KEMENTRIAN PENDIDIKAN NASIONAL UNIVERSITAS SYIAH KUALA FAKULTAS KEDOKTERAN PROGRAM STUDI ILMU KEPERAWATAN SKRIPSI 29 juni 2013 XV + VI bab + 65 halaman + 20 tabel+ 2 skema + 14 lampiran NURUN NAFIS 0907101060006 Gambaran Kebutuhan Fisiologis Lansia di Unit Pelaksana Teknis Dinas Rumoh Seujahtera Geunaseh Sayang Banda Aceh Tahun 2013 ABSTRAK Kebutuhan manusia yang paling mendasar adalah kebutuhan fisiologis yang terdiri dari kebutuhan oksigen, nutrisi, cairan dan elektrolit, istirahat dan tidur, kebutuhan eliminasi, kebutuhan tempat tinggal, kebutuhan temperatur dan kebutuhan seksualitas. Selama rentang hidupnya, kebutuhan dasar manusia dapat terpenuhi, terpenuhi sebagian, atau bahkan tidak terpenuhi seluruhnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat gambaran kebutuhan fisiologis lansia yang berada di UPTD Rumoh Seujahtera Geunaseh Sayang Banda Aceh pada tahun 2013. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada bulan juni 2013 dengan desain penelitian bersifat deskriptif menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 60 orang. Alat ukur penelitian berupa kuesioner dengan teknik wawancara terpimpin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kebutuhan oksigenasi lansia terpenuhi sebanyak 68,3%, kebutuhan nutrisi terpenuhi sebanyak 55%, kebutuhan cairan dan elektolit terpenuhi sebanyak 65%, kebutuhan eliminasi terpenuhi sebanyak 66,7%, kebutuhan istirahat dan tidur terpenuhi sebanyak 53,3%, kebutuhan tempat tinggal terpenuhi sebanyak 70%, dan kebutuhan temperatur terpenuhi sebanyak 71,7%. Disarankan kepada perawat dan petugas kesehatan yang memberikan asuhan keperawatan pada lansia untuk mengkaji lebih mendalam mengenai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kebutuhan fisiologis pada lansia,sehingga masalah kesehatan pada lansia dapat ditangani dengan baik, serta kesehatan dan kesejahteraan lansia tetap terjamin dengan terpenuhinya kebutuhan dasar manusia pada lansia. During human’s life periode, the human basic needs can be fulfiiled, be fulfilled in part, or do not be enterely fulfilled. the objective of human’s basic of this research was to find out the description of elderly’s physiological need in the Technical Implementation Unit of Rumoh Seujahtera Geunaseh Sayang Banda Aceh 2013. Data collection was carried out in june 2013 with a descriptive research design by using a cross sectional approach. The technique of selecting sample used purposive with total of respondents for 60 person. The instrument of research measurement was a quetionnnaire with the guided interview technique.the research result showed that the needs of elderly’s oxygen was fulfilled for 63%, the nutrition needs for 55%, the fluid and electrolyte needs for 66.7%, the needs of having a rest and sleep were fulfilled for 53,3%, the home living needs for 70%, and the needs of temperature was fulfilled for 71,7%. The attention and deeper analysis on the factor influencing elderly people’s physiology needs are needed, so thet the elderly’s health and welfare will be guaranted.
