 <note>Daun tumbuhan sirsak (Annona muricata) telah diuji aktivitas sitotoksiknya menggunakan metode Brine Shrimp Lethality Test (BSLT) terhadap ekstrak metanol, n-heksana, etil asetat, residu dan 7 kelompok fraksi dari kromatografi kolom ekstrak n-heksana. Daun A. muricata dimaserasi menggunakan pelarut metanol, kemudian ekstrak metanol dipartisi dengan pelarut n-heksana dan diekstraksi dengan pelarut etil asetat. Persentase rendemen yang diperoleh secara berturut-turut adalah 20,94% ekstrak metanol maserasi (AMM), 19,99% ekstrak n-heksana (AMH), 7,14% ekstrak etil asetat (AMEA) dan 30,05% residu. Hasil uji aktivitas sitotoksik menunjukkan bahwa keempat ekstrak memiliki aktivitas sitotoksik dengan LC50 berturut-turut adalah 13,80; 5,62; 20,89; 42,65 ppm. Sebanyak 7 kelompok fraksi yang diperoleh dari pemisahan ekstrak n-heksana daun A. muricata diuji aktivitas sitotoksiknya. Nilai LC50 yang diperoleh dari uji aktivitas sitotoksik terhadap 7 kelompok fraksi secara berturut-turut adalah 1293,08; 9294,71; 5501,62; 387,09; 50,50; 15,57; 28,01 ppm. Hasil uji aktivitas sitotoksik menunjukkan bahwa kelompok fraksi 6 memiliki aktivitas sitotoksik tertinggi dibandingkan kelompok fraksi lain dengan LC50 15,57 ppm. Kelompok fraksi 6 dilakukan analisis senyawa dengan GC-MS menghasilkan 20 komponen senyawa dengan konsentrasi tertinggi yaitu metil dodekanoat, metil tetradekanoat dan metil heksadekanoat dan senyawa yang diduga memiliki aktivitas sitotoksik adalah senyawa alkaloid.&#13;

Cytotoxic activity of soursoup leaf (Annona muricata) was tested using the Brine Shrimp Lethality Test (BSLT) method on methanol extract, n-hexane, ethyl acetate, residue and 7 groups of fractions from n-hexane extract column chromatography. The leaves of A. muricata were macerated using methanol solvent, then the methanol extract was partitioned using n-hexane solvent and extracted using ethyl acetate as a solvent. The yield percentage obtained were 20.94%, 19.99%, 7.14%, and 50.05% for macerated extract (AMM), n-hexane extract (AMH), ethyl acetate extract (AMEA) and residue respectively. The results of cytotoxic activity test showed that the four extracts had cytotoxic activity with LC50 13.80; 5.62; 20.89; 42.65 ppm respectively. A total of 7 groups of fractions obtained from separation of n-hexane extract were tested for their cytotoxic activities. The LC50 values from cytotoxic activity assay of 7 groups of fractions were 1293.08; 9294.71; 5501.62; 387.09; 50.50; 15.57; 28.01 ppm respectively. The results of the cytotoxic activity assay showed that group of fraction 6 had the highest cytotoxic activity compared to other subfractions with LC50 15,57 ppm. Subfraction 6 was analyzed using GC-MS to produce 20 compounds with the highest concentrations namely methyl dodecanoic, methyl tetradecanoate and methyl hexadecenoic and compounds that are suspected to have cytotoxic activity are alkaloid compounds.&#13;
