Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui respon beberapa genotype dan konsentrasi P60 terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil cabai besar serta untuk mengetahui interaksi antara kedua faktor tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok pola faktorial 3x4 dengan 3 ulangan. Faktor pertama adalah genotype cabai besar terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu G1 = F7 Gada, G2 = Anies, dan G3 = Seloka 4-10-2-2. Sedangkan faktor kedua adalah konsentrasi P60 (K) terdiri dari 4 taraf yaitu K0 = 0%, K1 = 0.6%, K2 = 1.2% dan K3 = 1.8%. parameter yang diamati adalah tinggi tanaman umur 30 HST, diameter batang umur 30 HST, jumlah cabang produktif umur 30 HST, tinggi dikotomus umur 30 HST, umur berbunga, jumlah buah per tanaman, panjang per buah, diameter per buah, berat per buah, tebal daging per buah dan potensi hasil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat interaksi antara beberapa genotype cabai besar dan konsentrasi P60 yang berpengaruh nyata terhadap jumlah cabang produktif umur 30 HST. Kombinasi perlakuan yang terbaik dijumpai pada perlakuan beberapa genotype cabai besar G2 dan G3 dengan konsentrasi P60 1.2%.

Abstract. Therefore, it is necessary to make efforts to obtain superior seeds and improve the quality of large chilies by improving the agronomic system. This study aims to determine the response of several genotypes and concentrations of P60 to the growth and yield of large chili peppers and to determine the interaction between these two factors. This study used a 3x4 factorial completely block design with 3 replications. The first factor is the genotype of large chili consisting of 3 levels, namely G1 = F7 Gada, G2 = Anies, and G3 = Seloka 4-10-2-2. While the second factor is the concentration of P60 (K) consisting of 4 levels, namely K0 = 0%, K1 = 0.6%, K2 = 1.2% and K3 = 1.8%. Parameters observed were plant height at 30 DAP, stem diameter at 30 DAP, number of productive branches at 30 DAP, dichotomous height at 30 DAP, flowering age, number of fruit per plant, length per fruit, diameter per fruit, weight per fruit, thickness. meat per fruit and yield potential. The results showed that there was an interaction between several genotypes of large chili and the concentration of P60 which had a significant effect on the number of productive branches aged 30 DAP. The best combination of treatments was found in the treatment of several genotypes of large chili G2 and G3 with a P60 concentration of 1.2%.
