Pendahuluan: Pemeriksaan Optic Nerve Sheath Diameter (ONSD) dengan&#13;
menggunakan USG merupakan salah satu pemeriksaan non invasif sederhana untuk&#13;
memeriksa peningkatan tekanan intrakranial (TIK). Penelitian sebelumnya&#13;
menyatakan ONSD &gt; 5 mm berkorelasi dengan peningkatan TIK &gt; 20mmHg. Pada&#13;
stroke hemorragik intraserebral, peningkatan TIK dapat menyebabkan luaran klinis&#13;
yang buruk. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisa hubungan ONSD dengan luaran&#13;
klinis pada pasien stroke hemoragik intraserebral berdasarakan ICH score.&#13;
Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional dengan rancangan cross&#13;
sectional dari Maret-Juni 2021 di RSUDZA Banda Aceh dan melibatkan 52 pasien&#13;
stroke hemoragik intraserebral akut. Saat masuk perawatan, pasien menjalani CT&#13;
scan kepala dan dihitung ICH score. Pemeriksaan ONSD dilakukan oleh spesialis&#13;
saraf konsultan neurosonologi dalam 48 jam setelah pasien masuk.&#13;
Hasil: Berdasarkan korelasi Spearman disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang&#13;
kuat dan positif antara ONSD dengan ICH score (p=0,000, r=0,618). Komponen&#13;
ICH score yang berhubungan signifikan dengan nilai ONSD adalah GCS&#13;
(p=0,001), volume ICH (p=0,000) dan adanya IVH (p=0,009).&#13;
&#13;
Kesimpulan: ONSD merupakan pemeriksaan noninvasif dan murah yang dapat&#13;
diandalkan untuk menilai peningkatan TIK pada pasien stroke hemoragik. Terdapat&#13;
hubungan antara ONSD dengan luaran klinis pada pasien stroke hemoragik&#13;
intraserebral berdasarkan ICH score.&#13;

ABSTRACT&#13;
&#13;
Background: Optic Nerve Sheath Diameter (ONSD) examination using USG has&#13;
been proposed as one of simple noninvasive tools for the detection of increased&#13;
Intracranial Pressure (ICP). Previous study identified ONSD &gt; 5 mm was&#13;
correlated to increased ICP &gt; 20 mmHg. In intracerebral hemorrhagic stroke, the&#13;
increased ICP could lead to poor clinical outcome. This study aims to investigate&#13;
the correlation between ONSD and clinical outcome of intracerebral hemorrhagic&#13;
stroke patients based on Intracerebral Hemorrhage (ICH) score.&#13;
Method: This is an observational research with cross sectional design from MarchJune&#13;
&#13;
2021 in Zainoel Abidin hospital, Banda Aceh and 52 acute intracerebral&#13;
hemorrhagic stroke patients involved. At the admission, all patients underwent&#13;
brain CT scan and ICH score was obtained. Assessment of ONSD sonography was&#13;
conducted by neurosonologist within 48 hours of admission.&#13;
Result: Spearman rank correlation coefficient demonstrated strong and positive&#13;
correlation between ONSD and ICH score (r = 0.618 and p &lt; 0.000). ICH score&#13;
components that were significantly associated with ONSD were GCS (p=0.001),&#13;
ICH volume (p=0.000) and the presence of IVH (p=0.009).&#13;
&#13;
Conclusion: ONSD is a noninvasive low-cost technique that could be used reliably&#13;
to examine the increased ICP in hemorrhagic stroke patients. ONSD was correlated&#13;
with clinical outcome of intracerebral hemorrhagic stroke patients based on the&#13;
ICH score.&#13;
