This study examines and analyzes the effect of corporate social responsibility, intellectual capital and organizational culture on organizational innovation to Islamic Banking in Aceh. To test and analyze the effect of corporate social responsibility, intellectual capital and organizational culture on organizational commitment to Islamic Banking in Aceh. To test and analyze the influence of innovation and organizational commitment to organizational performance to Islamic Banking in Aceh. To Examine the mediating role of innovation and organizational commitment among the effects of CSR, intellectual capital and organizational culture on organizational performance to Islamic Banking in Aceh. The sample in this study were 325 employees of Islamic Banking in Aceh and using purposive sampling. The analytical tool used in this study is SEM by using AMOS 22. The results of the study revealed that CSR and organizational culture influence organizational innovation and commitment to Islamic Banking in Aceh, while intellectual capital has no effect on innovation and organizational commitment to Islamic Banking in Aceh. CSR, intellectual capital and organizational commitment influence organizational performance in Aceh Syariah Banking, while innovation and organizational culture do not affect organizational performance in Islamic Banking Aceh. In this research, innovation does not play the role as mediating variable, only organizational commitment variable which play the role as a mediating variable between the influence of CSR and organizational culture on organizational performance in Islamic Banking Aceh. The results of this study reveal the important role of mediating organizational commitment in Islamic Banking in Aceh.
