 <note>Anti-Dumping is a measure to implement specified duty on import &#13;
products if the imported product causes injury in domestic industry, one of which &#13;
is dumping. It is regulated in article VI of The General on Tariffs and Trade &#13;
(GATT) 1994 and further elaborated in The Agreement on Implementation of &#13;
Article VI of The General on Tariffs and Trade 1994 (Anti-Dumping Agreement). &#13;
In Indonesia, the Anti-Dumping is regulated in Government Regulation No. 34 of &#13;
2011 concerning Anti-Dumping, Countervailing, and Safeguard Measures. The &#13;
Covid-19 Pandemic is a global pandemic in the world since 2019, this pandemic &#13;
is a challenge in the international trade to support supplied medicine in public &#13;
health, social and economic. &#13;
This study aims to find out the implementation of Anti-Dumping Measures &#13;
conducted by the Government of Indonesia is represented by KADI (The &#13;
Indonesia Committee of Anti-Dumping), and the challenges in the performance of &#13;
Anti-Dumping measures during the Covid-19 pandemic.&#13;
This research is in the form of normative legal research. Data required for &#13;
this thesis consists of primary and secondary data. Preliminary data are legislative,&#13;
and case law research and secondary are obtained through library research. All &#13;
collected data are analyzed by applying qualitative analysis. &#13;
The results showed that since the Covid-19 pandemic, the Government of &#13;
Indonesia had been used a trade remedies policy in the trade sector. One of the &#13;
measures in trade remedies is the Anti-Dumping measure, carried out by the &#13;
KADI. It is to defend and protect domestic industry from dumping practices. In &#13;
implementing Anti-Dumping measures during the Covid-19 pandemic, there are &#13;
some challenges WFH system, Human resources, and suspension import duties.&#13;
During the Covid-19 pandemic, Indonesia needs many policies to control &#13;
the situation in the pandemic. The strengthening of regulations to implementing &#13;
the Anti-Dumping measures is necessary for the Government of Indonesia causes &#13;
some ideas can be a challenges in implementing Anti-Dumping duties on import &#13;
products, any of them is the Chinese products.&#13;
