 <note>ABSTRACT &#13;
 &#13;
This research aims to partially and simultaneously analyze the influence of&#13;
estimated value, quality of services and Islamic financial literacy on customer&#13;
decisions using pawn services at Blang Pidie Sharia PawnShop Branch Office.&#13;
The data in this study is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires.&#13;
Purposive sampling technique, so that the total sample for this study as many as&#13;
97 respondents were obtained using the slovin method. Then the data is analyzed&#13;
with multiple linear regression methods. The results showed that the estimated&#13;
value, quality of service and islamic financial literacy had a simultaneous effect&#13;
on customer decisions using pawn services at the Branch Office of sharia&#13;
pawnshop Blang Pidie. Partially variable estimated value, quality of service and&#13;
Islamic financial literacy positively affect the decision of customers to use pawn&#13;
services at the Branch Office of Blang Pidie Sharia PawnShop. The dominant&#13;
variable that influences is Islamic financial literacy. The implications that Sharia&#13;
pawnshops have a good opportunity in the world of Islamic finance so that it is&#13;
expected that sharia pawnshops can further increase the estimated value, quality&#13;
of service, and improve customer financial literacy, as well as foster a sense of&#13;
public trust to conduct pawn transactions in Sharia pawnshops. &#13;

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara parsial dan simultan pengaruh&#13;
nilai taksiran, kualitas pelayanan dan literasi keuangan syariah terhadap keputusan&#13;
nasabah menggunakan jasa gadai di Kantor Cabang Pegadaian Syariah Blang&#13;
Pidie. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dengan&#13;
menyebarkan kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling,&#13;
sehingga didapatkan total sampel untuk penelitian ini sebanyak 97 responden&#13;
diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode slovin. Kemudian data di analisis dengan&#13;
metode regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai&#13;
taksiran, kualitas pelayanan dan literasi keuangan syariah berpengaruh secara&#13;
simultan terhadap keputusan nasabah menggunakan jasa gadai di Kantor Cabang&#13;
pegadaian syariah Blang Pidie. Secara parsial variabel nilai taksiran, kualitas&#13;
pelayanan dan literasi keuangan syariah berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan&#13;
nasabah menggunakan jasa gadai di Kantor Cabang Pegadaian Syariah Blang&#13;
Pidie. Variabel dominan yang berpengaruh adalah literasi keuangan syariah. Hal&#13;
ini berimplikasi bahwa pegadaian syariah memiliki peluang yang bagus dalam&#13;
dunia keuangan syariah sehingga diharapkan pihak pegadaian syariah dapat lebih&#13;
meningkatkan nilai taksiran, kualitas pelayanan, dan meningkatkan literasi&#13;
keuangan nasabah, serta menumbuhkan rasa kepercayaan masyarakat untuk&#13;
melakukan transaksi gadai di pegadaian syariah.&#13;
