Gedung Teknik Universitas Syiah Kuala merupakan bantuan dari rakyat Jepang yang didesain pada Januari tahun 1993 dan selesai pada tahun 1998, oleh sebab itu perlu adanya penganalisisan ulang mengikuti peraturan  perkembangan standar bangunan gedung terbaru yaitu SNI 1726:2019. Hal ini untuk menganalisis risiko keruntuhan akibat gempa serta meningkatkan rasa aman dan kenyamanan bagi aset bangsa (sumber daya manusia). Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi perilaku struktur bangunan yaitu perpindahan (displacement), gaya dasar (base shear), performance point dan  level kinerja struktur sesuai ASCE 41-17. Objek penelitian adalah bagian dari Gedung Teknik Universitas Syiah Kuala yaitu Gedung Teknik 3 Lantai dan Gedung Lab. Konstruksi dan Bahan Bangunan (LKBB). Objek Gedung Teknik 3 Lantai dengan dimensi 29,4 m, 13 m dan 14,4 m, objek Gedung Lab. Konstruksi dan Bahan Bangunan (LKBB) dengan dimensi 54,6 m, 13 m dan  9,6 m.  Analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis pushover, pemodelan menggunakan aplikasi SAP2000 V.20. Performance point Gedung Teknik 3 Lantai arah x (base shear 9996,328 KN, displacement 0,116 m (116 mm)), arah y (base shear 9981,934 KN, displacement 0,101 m (101 mm)). Performance point Gedung Lab. Konstruksi dan Bahan Bangunan (LKBB) arah x (base shear 9184,006 KN, displacement 0,021 m (21 mm)), arah y (base shear 10194,384 KN, displacement 0,021 m (21 mm)). Berdasarkan  nilai performance point dari analisis pushover arah x dan arah y, diketahui bahwa level kinerja struktur bangunan Gedung Teknik 3 Lantai yaitu LS (life safety), level kinerja struktur bangunan Gedung Lab. Konstruksi dan Bahan Bangunan (LKBB) yaitu IO (immediate occupancy).&#13;

Syiah Kuala University Technical Building is an aid from the Japanese people was designed in January 1993 and completed in 1998, therefore it is necessary to reanalyze following the regulations of building standards such as SNI 1726:2019. This is to analyse the risk of building due to earthquakes and increase the sense of safety and comfort for  the nation’s assets (human  resources). This study aims to evaluate the behavior of building structures in the form of displacement, base shear, performance point and structure performance level according to ASCE 41-17. The object of this research is part of the Engineering Building of Syiah Kuala University, namely the 3-Story Engineering Building and construction and building material laboratory (LKBB). 3-Story Engineering Building Object with dimensions of  29.4 m, 13 m and 14.4 m, construction and building material laboratory (LKBB) with dimensions of  54.6 m, 13 m and 9.6 m. The analysis used is pushover analysis, modeling using the SAP2000 V.20 application. Performance point engineering building 3 floors direction x (base shear 9996,328 KN, displacement 0.116 m (116 mm)), direction y (base shear 9981,934 KN, displacement 0.101 m (101 mm)). Performance point of construction and building material  laboratory (LKBB) direction x (base shear 9184,006 KN, displacement 0.021 m (21 mm)), direction y (base shear 10194,384 KN, displacement 0.021 m (21 mm)). Based on the performance point value of the pushover analysis of direction x and direction y, it is known that the performance level of the 3-Story Engineering Building structure is LS (life safety), the performance level of construction and building material  laboratory (LKBB) is IO (immediate occupancy).&#13;
