	Prarancangan pabrik Bioetanol ini menggunakan molase sebagai bahan baku. Kapasitas produksi pabrik Bioetanol ini adalah 70.000 ton/tahun dengan hari kerja yaitu 330 hari/tahun, Proses pembuatan bioetanol terdiri dari tiga tahapan yaitu persiapan bahan baku, fermentasi menggunakan S.cerevisiae selama 48 jam dan tahapan pemurnian yaitu dengan proses distilasi pada suhu 79,48oC dan dehidrasi dengan adsorbsi molecular sieve untuk mendapat Ethanol fuel grade sebesar 99,6%. Bentuk perusahaan yang direncanakan adalah Perseroan Terbatas (PT) dengan menggunakan metode struktur garis dan staf. Kebutuhan tenaga kerja untuk menjalankan perusahaan ini berjumlah 150 orang. Pabrik Bioetanol ini direncakan berlokasi di Kota Semboro, Kabupaten Jember, Provinsi JawaTimur dengan luas tanah 30.000 m2. Sumber air pabrik bietanol berasal dari Kali Bondoyudo, Provinsi Jawa Timur dan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan listrik diperoleh dari Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) dan generator dengan daya 1.874,39 kW&#13;
Hasil analisa ekonomi yang diperoleh sebagai berikut:&#13;
a.	Fixed Capital Investment (FCI)		= Rp.    347.196.142.118,-&#13;
b.	Working Capital Investment (WCI)	= Rp.      86.799.035.529,-&#13;
c.	Total Capital Investment (TCI)		= Rp.    433.995.177.647,-&#13;
d.	Total Production Cost (TPC)		= Rp     854.718.586.799,-&#13;
e.	Sales Cost (SC)				= Rp  1.136.391.109.264 -&#13;
f.	Laba Bersih					= Rp.    211.254.391.849,-&#13;
g.	Pay Out Time (POT)			= 2,8 tahun&#13;
h.	Break Event Point (BEP)			= 33 %&#13;
i.	Internal Rate of Return (IRR)		= 36,65 %&#13;
j.	Rate Of Return (ROR)			= 48,68 %&#13;

ABSTRACT&#13;
&#13;
	This preliminary of bioethanol factory design use molasses as a raw material with the production capacity is 70.000 ton/year with work day about 330 days of a year. The process to produce bioethanol consists of three stages, there are preparation of raw materials, fermentation using S. cerevisiae for 48 hours and the purification stage,  distillation process at 79.48oC and dehydration with molecular sieve adsorption to obtain 99.6% Ethanol fuel grade.The planned form of company is a Limited Liability Company (Ltd). The factory plant is planned to be established in Semboro City, Jember Regency, East Java Province. The workers needed to run this company amounted to 150 people. The area of land required to set up the factory is 30,000 m2. The water source of the Bioethanol plant comes from the Bondoyudo river, East Java Province and the electricity need is obtained from the State Electricity Company (PLN) and the Generator of 1.874,39 kW. &#13;
The results of economic analysis are below:&#13;
