Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh Kesenangan ditempat Kerja terhadap Perilaku Kewargaan Organisasional Tenaga Kesehatan RSU Cut Meutia Kota Lhokseumawe Keterikatan Kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Tenaga Kesehatan RSU Cut Meutia Kota Lhokseumawe yang berjumlah 171 responden. Peralatan pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuisioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode stratified random sampling. Causal Step digunakan sebagai metode analisis untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari semua variabel-variabel yang terlibat. Berdasarkan hasil analisis Causal Step, mengindikasikan bahwa Kesenangan ditempat Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Perilaku Kewargaan Organisasional, Kesenangan ditempat Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Keterikatan Kerja, Keterikatan Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Perilaku Kewargaan Organisasional, dan Keterikatan Kerja memediasi secara parsial hubungan Kesenangan ditempat Kerja terhadap Perilaku Kewargaan Organisasional.&#13;

ABSTRACT&#13;
&#13;
This study aims to measure the effect of pleasure in the workplace on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior of Cut Meutia Hospital, Lhokseumawe City, Work Engagement as a mediating variable. The sample used in this study was the health personnel of the Cut Meutia Hospital, Lhokseumawe City, totaling 171 respondents. The data collection equipment used in this study was a questionnaire. The sampling technique used was the stratified random sampling method. Causal Step is used as a method of analysis to determine the effect of all the variables involved. Based on the results of the Causal Step analysis, it indicates that Pleasure at Work has a positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Pleasure at Work has a positive effect on Work Engagement, Work Engagement has a positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and Work Engagement partially mediates the relationship between Pleasure at Work and Organizational Citizenship Behavior&#13;
