Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai baik secara langsung maupun secara tidak langsung melalui motivasi kerja. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu sensus dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 164 pegawai, sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu Structural Equation Model. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja; motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai; gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi secara langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, namun secara tidak langsung gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui motivasi kerja. Dalam penelitian ini motivasi kerja tidak berperan sebagai mediasi antara pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai.&#13;

The Influence of Leadership Style and Organizational Culture on Work Motivation and Its Impact on Employee Performance Aceh Provincial Office of the Ministry of Religion&#13;

This research was conducted to analyze the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance either directly or indirectly through work motivation. The sampling technique used was a census with 164 respondents, while the data analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Model. The results of the study found that leadership style and organizational culture had a significant effect on work motivation; work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance; Leadership style and organizational culture directly have a significant effect on employee performance, but indirectly leadership style and organizational culture do not have a significant effect on employee performance through work motivation. In this study, work motivation does not act as a mediator between the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance.&#13;
