PERBANDINGAN GLUKOSA DAN TOTAL PROTEIN DARAH PADA SAPI ACEH JANTAN DEWASA DAN SAPI ACEH JANTAN AFKIR DI BPTU- HPT INDRAPURI ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan glukosa dan total protein darah pada sapi aceh jantan dewasa dengan sapi aceh jantan afkir di BPTU-HPT Indrapuri. Sebanyak 5 ekor sapi aceh jantan dewasa (umur 6-7 tahun) dan 5 ekor sapi aceh jantan afkir (umur 10 tahun) yang terdapat di BPTU-HPT Indrapuri Kabupaten Aceh Besar yang digunakan pada penelitian ini. Sampel darah diambil dari vena jugularis sebanyak 3 ml menggunakan venoject. Perhitungan nilai glukosa dan total protein menggunakan alat photometer. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji independent sample t-test dengan program SPSS 25.0. Rata-rata nilai glukosa sapi aceh jantan dewasa dan sapi aceh jantan afkir masing-masing adalah 85mg/dl dan 74mg/dl. Rata-rata nilai total protein sapi aceh jantan dewasa dan sapi aceh jantan afkir masing-masing adalah 5,6 g/dl dan 6,6 g/dl. Dari hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan (p>0.05) antara nilai glukosa dan nilai total protein sapi aceh jantan dewasa dan sapi jantan afkir. Kata kunci : Glukosa, total protein, sapi aceh THE GLUCOSE AND BLOOD PROTEIN TOTAL COMPARISON OF THE ADULT ACEH BULL AND ACEH CULLING BULL IN BPTU-HPT INDRAPURI ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to determine the glucose and blood protein total comparison of the adult Aceh bulls with culled Aceh bulls in BPTU-HPT Indrapuri. A total of five adult Aceh bulls (age 3-4 years) and five culled Aceh bulls (age 10 years) found in the BPTU-HPT Indrapuri Aceh Besar Regency were used in this research. The blood sample taken from the jugular vein was as much as 3 ml using a venoject. The total number of glucose and blood protein total were then calculated by using a photometer. The data were analyzed by using the independent sample t-test with the SPSS 25.0 program. The mean total number of glucose for the adult Aceh bulls and culled Aceh bulls was 85 mg/each and 74 mg/each. The mean protein total of adult Aceh bulls was 5,6 g/each and 6,6 g/each. In accordance to the results of this research, there were no difference (p> 0.05) between the glucose and protein total values of the adult Aceh bulls and culled Aceh bulls was concluded.
