ABSTRAK&#13;
Komunikasi Situation-Background-Assessment-Recommendation (SBAR) merupakan pilihan yang tepat saat berkomunikasi untuk mentransfer informasi antar perawat tentang keadaan pasien. Komunikasi SBAR yang efektif  akan meningkatkan keselamatan pasien dan sikap  positif perawat dalam menjalankan komunikasi SBAR yang berdampak pada kepuasan pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan komunikasi SBAR terhadap  pengetahuan dan sikap perawat pelaksana di Ruang Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Pemerintah Aceh. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif; quasi eksperimen dengan desain pre-post test design without control group. Penentuan besar sampel menggunakan rumus uji dua means kelompok berpasangan, jumlah sampel 49 perawat dengan intervensi pelatihan komunikasi SBAR. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan metode probability sampling. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner, analisa data dilakukan dengan uji statistik deskriptif dan inferensial menggunakan uji paired t-test, wilcoxon, pearson dan spearman test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh pelatihan komunikasi SBAR terhadap pengetahuan perawat (p= 0,0001), ada pengaruh pelatihan SBAR terhadap sikap perawat (p=0,008), ada hubungan tingkat pendidikan terhadap pengetahuan (p=0,02). Pelatihan mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap perawat terhadap komunikasi SBAR. Manajer keperawatan perlu memikirkan upaya untuk meningkatkan dan mempertahankan pengetahuan dan sikap perawat terhadap komunikasi SBAR sehingga tercapainya keselamatan dan kepuasan pasien terhadap asuhan keperawatan. &#13;

ABSTRACT&#13;
Situation-Background-Assessment-Recommendation (SBAR) communication is the right choice when communicating to transfer information between nurses about the patient's condition.Effective SBAR communication will improve patient safety and a positive attitude towards nurses in practice SBAR communications that have an impact on patient satisfaction.This study aims to determine the effect of SBAR communication training on the knowledge and attitudes of nurses.Type of quantitative research; quasi-experimental design with pre-post test design without control group. The sample size was determined using a paired two-means test formula, with a total sample of 49 nurses with SBAR communication training interventions. The sampling technique is using probability sampling method. Data collection tools used questionnaires, data analysis was carried out by descriptive and inferential statistical tests using paired t-test, Wilcoxon, pearson  and spearman test.The results showed that there was an effect of SBAR communication training on nurses' knowledge (p = 0.0001),there is an effect of SBAR training on nurses' attitudes (p = 0.008),there is a relationship between the level of education and knowledge (p = 0.02). The training was able to increase the knowledge and attitudes of nurses towards SBAR communication. Nursing managers need to think about efforts to improve and maintain nurses' knowledge and attitudes towards SBAR communication so that patient safety and satisfaction can be achieved with nursing care.&#13;
