ABSTRAK Pendahuluan: Cedera saraf perifer merupakan salah satu penyebab morbiditas dan disabilitas yang penting pada saat ini dan paling banyak terjadi pada ekstremitas atas karena letak anatomi nervus radialis dangkal.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari hubungan antara diameter lumen arteri radialis terhadap cedera saraf perifer dan kecepatan hantar saraf pada pasien pasca tindakan kateterisasi jantung transradialis. Metode:Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan rancangan penelitian observasional analitik berupa kohort prospektif.Pengambilan sampel penelitian dilakukan mulai Oktober 2020 sampai Januari 2021 dengan menggunakan teknik concecutive sampling. Sampel terdiri dari 40 subjek. Data yang diambil berupa gejala klinis, data Ultrasonography (USG) dan Electromyography (EMG). Hasil:Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan antara diameter lumen arteri radialis terhadap cedera saraf perifer dan kecepatan hantar saraf pada pasien pasca tindakan kateterisasi jantung transradialis dengan p value < 0,05 Kesimpulan: Tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara diameter lumen arteri radialis terhadap cedera saraf perifer dan kecepatan hantar saraf pada pasien pasca tindakan kateterisasi jantung transradialis Kata kunci : cedera saraf perifer, kateterisasi transradialis ABSTRACT Introduction: Peripheral nerve injury is one of the most important causes of morbidity and disability at this time and mostly occurs in the upper limb due to the anatomical location of the superficial radial nerve. This study aims to find the relationship of lumen diameter radial artery to peripheral nerve injury and velocity nerves conduction in patients after transradial cardiac catheterization. Methods: This study was an observational analytic study design in the form of a prospective cohort. Sampling was conducted from October 2020 to January 2021 using a concecutive sampling technique. The sample consisted of 40 subjects. Data taken in the form of clinical symptoms, Ultrasonography (USG) and Electromyography (EMG) data. Results: This study shows that there is no relationship between the lumen diameter radial artery with peripheral nerve injury and nerve delivery speed in post-transradial cardiac catheterization patients with p value < 0.05 Conclusion: There is no significant relationship between lumen diameter radial artery to peripheral nerve injury and nerve conduction velocity in patients after transradial cardiac catheterization.
