Prarancangan pabrik Biodiesel B30 ini menggunakan Crude Palm Oil (CPO) dan Diesel sebagai bahan baku utama dengan menggunakan proses degumming dan bleacing pada pemurnian CPO, serta proses esterifikasi dan transesterifikasi pada proses pembuatan Biodiesel. Kapasitas produksi pabrik ini adalah 200.000 ton/tahun dengan waktu kerja 330 hari/tahun. Bentuk perusahaan yang direncanakan adalah Perseroan Terbatas (PT) dengan menggunakan metode struktur garis dan staf. Kebutuhan tenaga kerja untuk menjalankan perusahaan ini berjumlah 97 orang. Lokasi pabrik direncanakan didirikan di Desa Air Masin, Kecamatan Seruway, Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang, Provinsi Aceh, Indonesia dengan luas tanah 20.000 m2. Total kebutuhan air sebesar 436.808,19 kg/jam diperoleh dari Sungai Air Masin dan total kebutuhan listrik sebesar 71.453,21 kW diperoleh dari PT. PLN dan generator diesel.&#13;

ABSTRACT&#13;
The B30 Biodiesel plant design uses Crude Palm Oil (CPO) and Diesel as the main raw materials by using the degumming and bleacing processes in CPO refining, as well as the esterification and transesterification processes in the Biodiesel manufacturing process. The factory's production capacity is 200,000 tons / year with a working time of 330 days / year. The planned company form is a Limited Liability Company (PT) using the line and staff structure method. The need for labor to run this company is 97 people. The factory location is planned to be established in Air Masin Village, Seruway District, Aceh Tamiang Regency, Aceh Province, Indonesia with a land area of 20,000 m2. The total water demand of 436,808.19 kg / hour was obtained from the Air Masin River and the total electricity demand of 71,453.21 kW was obtained from PT. PLN and diesel generators.&#13;
