This research aimed at elucidating kinds of English teacher’s attitudes towards using iPad that emerge in teaching-learning process and elaborating the most dominant attitude shown by the English teacher when integrating the iPad in the teaching-learning process. This research employed descriptive qualitative method. The subject of this research was an English teacher at Al Azhar Cairo Islamic junior high school, Banda Aceh. The observation sheet was used as the instruments to collect the data. The data were analyzed using interactive model by Miles, Huberman, and Saldana (2014) consisting of data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings show that there were 91 utterances of attitude shown by the English teacher while integrating iPad during teaching-learning process, specifically 13 cognitive, 34 affective, 28 conative, and 16 evaluative. The highest frequency of attitude shown by the English teacher was affective, and the second-highest frequency was conative. In conclusion, the English teacher shows positive attitude while integrating iPad into the teaching-learning process. Therefore, teachers should show the attitudes more often as they are form of caring to their students which are reflected in the affective and conative.
