	Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) tingkat kualitas produk, kepercayaan, kepuasan konsumen, dan loyalitas nasabah (2) pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan nasabah, (3) pengaruh kepercayaan terhadap kepuasan nasabah (4) pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap loyalitas nasabah (5) pengaruh kepercayaan terhadap loyalitas nasabah, (6) pengaruh kepuasan nasabah terhadap loyalitas nasabah (7) pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap loyalitas nasabah dengan kepuasan nasabah sebagai variabel mediasi (8) pengaruh kepercayaan terhadap loyalitas nasabah dengan kepuasan nasabah sebagai variabel mediasi. Adapun yang menjadi objek penelitian ini adalah kualitas produk, kepercayaan, kepuasan nasabah dan loyalitas nasabah. Peralatan analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian analisis structural equation modelling (SEM) dengan bantuan program Amos. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk, kepercayaan, kepuasan nasabah dan loyalitas nasabah pada PT. Bank Aceh Syariah Cabang Jantho Kabupaten Aceh Besar sudah relatif baik, kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan nasabah, kualitas produk dapat meningkatkan kepuasan nasabah yang dalam menggunakan jasa pelayanan pada PT. Bank Aceh Syariah Cabang Jantho Kabupaten Aceh Besar, kepercayaan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan nasabah, hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas nasabah, kepercayaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah, kemudian kepuasan nasabah juga memiliki pengaruh terhadap loyalitas nasabah nasabah, terdapat pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan nasabah dan berdampak terhadap loyalitas nasabah dan terdapat pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung kepercayaan terhadap kepuasan nasabah dan berdampak terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada PT. Bank Aceh Syariah Cabang Jantho Kabupaten Aceh Besar.&#13;

	The objectives of this study were to determine: (1) the level of product quality, trust, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty (2) the effect of product quality on customer satisfaction, (3) the effect of trust on customer satisfaction (4) the effect of product quality on customer loyalty ( 5) the influence of trust on customer loyalty, (6) the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty (7) the effect of product quality on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable (8) the effect of trust on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. As for the objects of this study are product quality, trust, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Data analysis tools used in structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis research with the help of the Amos program. The results showed that product quality, trust, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty at PT. Bank Aceh Syariah Jantho Branch Aceh Besar District is relatively good, product quality affects customer satisfaction, product quality can increase customer satisfaction in using services at PT. Bank Aceh Syariah Jantho Branch, Aceh Besar District, trust affects customer satisfaction, the results of the study prove that product quality affects customer loyalty, trust has a significant effect on customer loyalty, then customer satisfaction also has an influence on customer customer loyalty, there is a direct and indirect effect. product quality on customer satisfaction and have an impact on customer loyalty and there is a direct and indirect influence on trust on customer satisfaction and an impact on customer loyalty at PT. Bank Aceh Syariah, Jantho Branch, Aceh Besar District.&#13;
