Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah knowledge sharing dan motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kompetensi individu. Lokasi penelitian ini adalah di PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persewro) Tbk Cabang Lhokseumawe, dengan objek penelitian para karyawan PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persewro) Tbk Cabang Lhokseumawe. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persewro) Tbk Cabang Lhokseumawe yang berjumlah 150 orang. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan knowledge sharing berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, knowledge sharing berpengaruh terhadap kompetensi individu, motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kompetensi individu, kompetensi individu memediasi pengaruh knowledge sharing terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan kompetensi individu juga memediasi pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan&#13;

ABSTRACT&#13;

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze whether knowledge sharing and motivation affect employee performance through individual competencies. The location of this research is at PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persewro) Tbk Lhokseumawe Branch, with the object of research by employees of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persewro) Tbk Lhokseumawe Branch. The sample in this study was PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persewro) Tbk, Lhokseumawe Branch, amounting to 150 people. The test results show knowledge sharing influences employee performance, motivation influences employee performance, knowledge sharing influences individual competencies, motivation influences individual competencies, individual competencies mediate the effect of knowledge sharing on employee performance, and individual competencies also mediate the effect of motivation on employee performance&#13;
