Abstrak. This study aims to determine the effect of temperature and leaf drying time using the oven method on the quality of Gegarang leaf herbal tea brewing. This study used a factorial randomized block design (RBD) with 2 factors, namely drying temperature and drying time. The drying temperature factor consists of 3 (three) levels, S1 = 45?C, S2 = 55?C and S3 = 65?C. The drying time factor consists of 3 (three) levels, W1 = 5 hours, W2 = 6 hours and W3 = 7 hours.
