The objective of this study is to look at some theories and research findings on the use of video in teaching listening. The discussion of this study is focused on the process and procedure of video technique and activities in teaching listening. The study found that video could help the students improve their listening comprehension skill by using video as a media which has many interesting techniques and activities. In addition, using this media also makes the learners interested in attending the learning process because this media provides sound and motional pictures. The method used in this study is a library research. The data is selected from various resources and it is then analyzed and classified in this study. Finally, this study is expected to be useful for English teachers and education practitioners.&#13;
