KONTRASEPSI IBU DI POLIKLINIK KB BLUD RUMAH SAKIT IBU
DAN ANAK BANDA ACEH TAHUN 2013
ABSTRAK
Pengambil keputusan ibu dalam pemilihan alat kontrasepsi dipengaruhi oleh
Karakteristik ibu yang terdiri dari usia, paritas, pendidikan, perkerjaan, dan
penghasilan banyak ibu yang mengalami kesulitan dalam menentukan pilihan jenis
kontrasepsi hal ini dikarenakan terbatasnya metode yang tersedia serta ketidak tahuan
akseptor tentang persyaratan dan keamanan metode kontrasepsi tersebut. Tujuan
penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat gambaran karakteristik ibu dengan penggunaan
alat kontrasepsi ibu di Poliklinik KB BLUD Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak Banda Aceh
Tahun 2013. Jenis penelitian ini adalah descriptif eksplorative dengan pendekatan
cross sectional study. Populasinya adalah ibu akseptor KB. Metode pengambilan data
adalah total sampling sebanyak 52 sampel. Alat pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner
dari data skunder status pasien.. Pengumpulan data dilakukan tanggal 05 Juli sampai
10 Juli 2013 di Poliklinik KB Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak Banda Aceh. Hasil
penelitian yang didapat pada penggunaan kontrasepsi yang tertinggi adalah IUD
dengan frekuensi sebanyak 27 orang (51.9%), dimana kategori usia yang tertinggi
pada pengguna kontrasepsi IUD adalah 20-35 tahun dengan frekuensi sebanyak 22
orang (81.5%), kategori paritas yang tertinggi pada penggunaan kontrasepsi IUD
adalah Multipara dengan frekuensi 21 orang (77.8%), kategori pendidikan yang
terakhir yang tertinggi pada pengguna IUD adalah pendidikan tinggi frekuensi
sebanyak 18 orang (66.4%), kategori pekerjaan yang menggunakan IUD tertinggi
adalah bekerja dengan frekuensi 19 orang (70.4%), kategori pengghasilan pengguna
IUD tertinggi adalah penghasilan tinggi dengan frekuensi 27 orang (100%)
Penelitian mengharapkan ibu mendapatkan informasi yang baik tentang alat
kontrasepsi.

ABSTRACT
Decision makers in the selection of mother contraceptives influenced by maternal
characteristics consist of age, parity, education, jobs, and income many mothers who
have difficulty in determining the choice of this type of contraceptive method because
of the limited available and acceptor ignorance about the security requirements and
methods contraception. The purpose of this study is to see description of
characteristic mothers with using of contraception in polyclinic family planning
BLUD Mother and Child Hospital Banda Aceh in 2013. This research is descriptif
eksplorative with cross sectional approach. Its population is native acceptors. The
data collection method is total sampling as many as 52 samples. Data collection tools
such as questionnaires from secondary data status of the patient .. Data collection was
conducted on July 5 to July 10, 2013 in Polyclinic KB Mother and Child Hospital in
Banda Aceh. The results obtained with the use of IUD contraception is highest with a
frequency of 27 (51.9%), which is highest in the age category of contraceptive IUD
users are 20-35 years old with a frequency of 22 (81.5%), the highest category of
parity on IUD contraceptive use was multiparous with a frequency of 21 men
(77.8%), the latter category is the highest education on IUD users is the frequency of
higher education as many as 18 people (66.4%), job categories using the IUD is
working with the highest frequency of 19 men (70.4% ), IUD users pengghasilan
highest category is high income with frequency 27 people (100%). Researcher
expects mothers to get good information about contraception.
