The purpose of this study was to see the effect of interactional justice and participative decision making on total employee commitment and its impact on employee work quality. The objects of this research are interactional justice, participative decision making, total employee commitment and the quality of employee work. The population in this study were all employees of PT Bank BRI Sigli Branch totaling 151 people. Sampling with the method of using a census is that all populations are sampled so that the total sample is 151 people. The results showed that of the 5 direct hypotheses there were 4 accepted and 1 hypothesis that was not accepted, namely testing hypothesis 2, namely the influence of participative decision making on employee work quality because it has CR and P values that do not meet the requirements. The results of this study indicate that to create a conducive leadership a leader does not have to always understand his subordinates with the views expressed by his subordinates. Testing the indirect hypothesis that the influence of interactional justice and participative decision making on work quality through total employee commitment the results are significant. Total employee commitment in this case the role is partial mediating. These findings can certainly be used as a basis for managers in developing their human resources better in the future.&#13;

	Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat pengaruh interactional justice dan participative decision making terhadap total employee commitment  serta dampaknya terhadap kualitas kerja pegawai. Sebagai objek dari penelitian ini adalah interactional justice, participative decision making, total employee commitment  serta kualitas kerja pegawai. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai PT. Bank BRI Cabang Sigli yang berjumlah 151 orang. Pengambilan sampel dengan metode menggunakan sensus yakni semua populasi dijadikan sampel sehingga total sampel menjadi 151 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 5 hipotesis direct yang ada 4 diterima dan 1 hipotesis yang tidak diterima yaitu pengujian hipotesis 2  yakni pengaruh participative decision making terhadap kualitas kerja pegawai karena memiliki nilai CR dan P yang tidak memenuhi syarat. Hasil penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa untuk menciptakan kepemimpinan  yang  kondusif  seorang  pimpinan  tidak harus selalu  memahami  bawahannya dengan  pandangan-pandangan  yang  disampaikan  oleh  bawahannya. Pengujian hipotesis tidak langsung yakni pengaruh interactional justice dan participative decision making terhadap kualitas kerja melalui total employee commitment hasilnya adalah signifikan. Total employee commitment  dalam hal ini perannya adalah partial mediating. Hasil temuan ini tentunya dapat dijadikan dasar bagi manajer dalam mengambangkan sumber daya manusianya lebih baik lagi dimasa yang akan datang.  &#13;
