ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh upah islami, disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan PT. Bank BRI Syariah Kota Banda Aceh. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, menggunakan kuesioner sebagai intrumennnya. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Bank BRI Syariah Kota Banda Aceh sebanyak 115 orang karyawan. Dikarenakan jumlah populasi relative kecil, maka seluruh populasi dalam penelitian ini dijadikan subjek penelitian. Sehingga, teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus yakni mengambil populasi sebagai subjek penelitian. Penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan model regresi linier berganda untuk menguji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas karyawan dan mendapat hasil yaitu secara simultan variabel upah islami, disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Dan secara parsial juga didapatkan upah islami, disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan Kata kunci: Upah Islami, Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Produktivitas Karyawan ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Islamic wages, work discipline, work motivation on employee productivity of PT. The sampling technique in this study used the census method, taking the population as the research subject.
