 <note>ABSTRAK&#13;
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh upah islami, disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan PT. Bank BRI Syariah Kota Banda Aceh. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, menggunakan kuesioner sebagai intrumennnya. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Bank BRI Syariah  Kota Banda Aceh sebanyak 115 orang karyawan. Dikarenakan jumlah populasi relative kecil, maka seluruh populasi dalam penelitian ini dijadikan subjek penelitian. Sehingga, teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus yakni mengambil populasi sebagai subjek penelitian. Penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan model regresi linier berganda untuk menguji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas karyawan dan mendapat hasil yaitu secara simultan variabel upah islami, disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Dan secara parsial juga didapatkan upah islami, disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan&#13;

ABSTRACT&#13;
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Islamic wages, work discipline, work motivation on employee productivity of PT. Bank BRI Syariah in Banda Aceh. This type of research is field research with a quantitative approach, using a questionnaire as the instrument. The sample in this study were employees of PT. Bank BRI Syariah in Banda Aceh with a total 115 employees. Due to the relatively small population, the entire population in this study was the subject of research. The sampling technique in this study used the census method, taking the population as the research subject. This study was analyzed using multiple linear regression models to test the factors that affect employee productivity and the results are that simultaneously Islamic wages, work discipline, work motivation have a significant effect on employee productivity. And partially also obtained Islamic wages, work discipline, work motivation has a significant effect on employee productivity&#13;
