Bakteri asal sarang lebah telah diketahui memiliki potensi antibakteri dan sitotoksik pada penelitian sebelumnya. Penelitian mengenai potensi sitotoksik dari bakteri asal sarang lebah madu masih sedikit dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat toksisitas ekstrak bakteri asal sarang lebah madu, BSL 1, BSL 2, BSL 3, BSL 6, dan BSL 7 terhadap larva Artemia salina Leach. Metode yang digunakan dalam menentukan nilai LC50 adalah metode Brine Shrimp Lethality Test (BSLT), dengan konsentrasi 1000 ppm, 750 ppm, 500 ppm, 250 ppm dan 0 ppm, kemudian dianalisis dengan analisis probit menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Analisis hasil LC50 dari isolat BSL 1 adalah 1643,653 ppm, BSL 2 adalah 1143,989 ppm, BSL 3 adalah 2662,499 ppm, BSL 6 adalah 663,805 ppm, dan BSL 7 adalah 9200,545 ppm. Hasil penelitian menunjukan BSL 6 memiliki nilai LC50 terbaik, yakni 663,805 ppm. &#13;

ABSTRACT&#13;

Beehive bacteria have been known to have antibacterial and cytotoxic potency in previous studies. Research on the cytotoxic potency of beehive bacteria is still limited. This study aims to determine the level of toxicity of the bacterial extract from beehive, BSL 1, BSL 2, BSL 3, BSL 6, and BSL 7 against larvae of Artemia salina Leach. The method used in determining the LC50 value is the Brine Shrimp Lethality Test (BSLT) method, with a concentration of 1000 ppm, 750 ppm, 500 ppm, 250 ppm and 0 ppm, then analyzed by probit analysis using the SPSS application.
