ABSTRAK
Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) adalah infeksi pernapasan akut yang disebabkan oleh virus Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2) yang awalnya muncul di Wuhan Provinsi Hubei, Cina. Transmisi terjadi secara droplet, airborne dan kontak langsung memungkinkan penyebaran terjadi dengan begitu cepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pasien terkonfirmasi COVID-19 di RSUD dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian observasional deskriptif. Subjek penelitian adalah pasien terkonfirmasi COVID-19 yang di rawat inap pada periode Maret sampai Agustus 2020. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini yang memenuhi kritera inklusi dan ekslusi adalah sebanyak 240 pasien. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yaitu rekam medik dengan teknik total sampling. Data dianalisis dengan uji univariat untuk menilai frekuensi hasil pengukuran variable terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan jenis kelamin terbanyak yaitu laki-laki (58,8%) dan rentang usia terbanyak umur 26-35 tahun (26,7%). Gelaja klinis yang paling sering ditemukan adalah batuk (64,6%) dan komorbid terbanyak adalah hipertensi (13,8%). Gambaran radiologi yang banyak ditemukan adalah normal (59,4%). Hasil pemeriksaan darah lengkap dan difftel rata-rata dijumpai dalam batas normal, namun terdapat peningkatan NLR (94,2%) dan ALC (76,7%). Terapi farmakologi yang diberikan meliputi terapi simtomatik dan suportif. Sebagian besar pasien terkonfirmasi COVID-19 RSUD dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh tidak mengalami komplikasi (92,5%) dan memiliki derajat keparahan ringan (48,8%) serta prognosis baik atau sembuh (87,1%).

ABSTRACT
Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is an acute respiratory infection caused by the Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2). The virus originally emerged in Wuhan, Hubei Province, China. Transmission occurs rapidly through droplets, airborne and direct contact with infected persons. This study aims to determine the description of patients with confirmed COVID-19 at dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. This research is a descriptive observational design. The research subjects were patients with confirmed COVID-19 who were hospitalized from March to August 2020. The number of samples in this study that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria was 240 patients. The data was collected in the form of secondary data, namely medical records using total sampling technique. Data were analyzed by univariate test to assess the frequency of measurement results for related variables. The results showed that the most gender was male (58.8%), the most vulnerable age was in the range of 26-35 years (26.7%), the most common clinical symptoms were cough (64.6%), comorbid Most of them were hypertension (13.8%), the radiological features that were found were normal (59.4%). The results of complete blood count and difftel were normal, but there was an increase in NLR (94.2%) and ALC (76.7%). Pharmacologic therapy includes symptomatic and supportive therapy. Most of the patients had no complications (92.5%) and had a mild of severity (48.8%) and the prognosis was good or recovery (87.1%)
