Shopee menghadirkan fitur Live Chat yang menjadikannya berbeda dengan perusahaan e-commerce lainnya. Lewat fitur Live Chat ini, pembeli bisa langsung berbicara dengan penjual untuk berunding mengenai barang yang hendak dibeli, Electronic service quality (e-service quality) merupakan salah satu cara untuk memaksimalkan pelayanan yang diberikan secara elektronik melalui internet. Penelitian ini bertujuanuntuk mengetahui persepsi mahasiswa ekonomi dan bisnis Unsyiah terhadap E-Service qualitymarket place Shopee.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. Responden dalam penelitian ini 8 orang mahasiswa.Teknik analisis data menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan data reduction, data display, dan conclusion drawing/verification”.Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menyimpulkan bahwa  mahasiswi ekonomi dan bisnis Unsyiah memiliki persepsi yang positif  terhadap E-Service quality market place Shopee. Persepsi positif yang dimiliki oleh mahasiswa dikarenakan adanya tiga aspek yang terdapat padasistem pelayanan market place Shopee, yaitu adanya informasi yang jelas berkaitan dengan produk yang dijual, seperti ukuran, warna, merk dan juga jenis bahan yang terdapat pada produk. Aspek kedua, adanya tanggapan yang responsif yang diberikan oleh penjual kepada pembeli. Sehingga, informasi lainnya yang dibutuhkan oleh pembeli didapatkan dengan rinci. Aspek ketiga, adanya kepercayaan yang dimiliki pembeli terhadap market place Shopee, sehingga tidak ada keraguan dalam bertransaksi.&#13;

ABSTRACT&#13;

Shopee presents a Live Chat feature that makes it different from other e-commerce companies. Through this Live Chat feature, buyers can directly talk with sellers to negotiate about the items they want to buy. Electronic service quality (e-service quality) is one way to maximize the services provided electronically via the internet. This study aims to determine the perceptions of Unsyiah students of economics and business towards the E-Service quality market place Shopee. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. Respondents in this study were 8 students. Data analysis techniques used interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, display data, and conclusion drawing / verification ”. The results of the research conducted concluded that Unsyiah's economics and business students had a positive perception of the E-Service quality market place Shopee. The positive perception that students have is due to three aspects contained in the Shopee market place service system, namely the existence of clear information related to the products being sold, such as size, color, brand and also the types of materials contained in the product. The second aspect, there is a responsive response given by the seller to the buyer. Thus, other information needed by buyers is obtained in detail. The third aspect is the trust that buyers have in the Shopee market place, so there is no doubt in making transactions.&#13;
