ABSTRAK &#13;
Rumah Sakit dr Zainoel Abidin (RSUDZA) merupakan RS Tipe A yang terdapat&#13;
di Kota Banda Aceh. Sebagai RS rujukan di Provinsi Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam&#13;
(NAD), RS ini memiliki jumlah tempat tidur sebanyak 742 bed, 2456 karyawan&#13;
baik medis dan nonmedis serta terdapat jumlah pasien lebih kurang sebanyak&#13;
sebanyak 323.600 orang/tahun.&#13;
 Sesuai dengan peraturan perparkiran, RS sebagai&#13;
area publik wajib memiliki area parkir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan&#13;
manajemen parkir di areal parkir RSUDZA yang terapat pada 4 lokasi. Penelitian&#13;
ini dilakukan setelah mendapatkan Laik Etik dari Komite Etik Penelitian di&#13;
RSUDZA dengan nomor 39/EA/FK-RSUDZA/2019. Penelitian ini diawali&#13;
dengan identifikasi permasalahan parkir melalui survey langsung kepada&#13;
pengguna parkir dan observasi langsung pada areal parkir, kemudian dilakukan&#13;
perencanaan perparkiran dengan penataan ulang parkir sesuai dengan hasil&#13;
identifikasi. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa 7,7% (30 orang) pengguna parkir&#13;
sangat puas, 91% (356 orang) puas, dan 1,3% (5 orang) tidak puas. Sedangkan&#13;
hasil pengamatan didapatkan hasil bahwa, akumulasi parkir tertinggi pada 3 hari&#13;
pengamatan baik untuk roda 4 dan roda 2 pada 4 areal parkir berkisar dari jam&#13;
09.45 hingga 11.15 WIB. Areal pakir yang memiliki turnover tertinggi terdapat&#13;
pada zona 1, sedangkan zona 3 dan 4 tidak memiliki SRP. Peneliti&#13;
merekomendasikan penataan area parkir yang sesuai dengan data yang didapatkan&#13;
yaitu penataan ulang dan mendesain SRP untuk Zona 3 dan 4, melengkapi rambu&#13;
perparkiran, menata ulang peruntukan parkir untuk memenuhi kebutuhan &#13;
pengguna parkir seperti direksi, karyawan, staf, pasien dan keluarga, pengunjung&#13;
dan mahasiswa.  &#13;

ABSTRACT&#13;
&#13;
Dr. Zainoel Abidin Hospital (RSUDZA) is a referral hospital in Nanggroe Aceh&#13;
Darussalam (NAD) Province, this hospital has a total of 742 beds, approximately&#13;
2456 employees both medical and non-medical and there are approximately&#13;
323,600 patients / year. In accordance with parking regulations, hospitals as&#13;
public areas are required to have a parking area. This study aims to carry out&#13;
parking management in the parking area of RSUDZA which is located at 4&#13;
locations. This research was conducted after obtaining Ethical Acceptance from&#13;
the Research Ethics Committee at RSUDZA with number 39 / EA / FK-RSUDZA&#13;
/ 2019. This research begins with the identification of parking problems through&#13;
direct surveys of parking users and direct observation of the parking area, then&#13;
parking planning is carried out with parking rearrangements in accordance with&#13;
the identification results. The results showed that 7.7% (30 people) parking users&#13;
were very satisfied, 91% (356 people) were satisfied, and 1.3% (5 people) were&#13;
not satisfied. While the results of the observation showed that, the highest parking&#13;
accumulation on 3 days of observation for both 4-wheeled and 2-wheeled parking&#13;
areas ranged from 09.45 to 11.15 WIB. The parkir area that has the highest&#13;
turnover is Zona 1. There is no SRP in parking area 3 and area 4. Researchers&#13;
recommend the arrangement of the parking area according to the data obtained,&#13;
namely rearranging and designing the SRP for Zones 3 and 4, completing parking&#13;
signs, rearranging parking designations to meet the needs of parking users such as&#13;
directors, employees, staff, patients and families, visitors, and students.&#13;
