Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh keadilan organisasi dan budaya organisasi terhadap OCB baik secara langsung maupun secara tidak langsung melalui kepuasan kerja. Responden pada penelitian ini ditetapkan dengan sensus dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 201 pegawai, sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu Structural Equation Model. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa keadilan organisasi dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja; kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap OCB; keadilan organisasi dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap OCB baik secara langsung maupun secara tidak  langsung  melalui  kepuasan  kerja  dan juga  kepuasan  kerja berperan sebagai mediasi parsial antara pengaruh keadilan organisasi dan budaya organisasi terhadap OCB.&#13;

This research aimed to analyze the effect of organizational justice and organizational culture on OCB both directly and indirectly through job satisfaction. The respondents in this research were determined by census with the number of respondents as many as 201 employees, while the data analysis technique used was Structural Equation Model. The results showed that organizational justice and organizational culture have a significant effect on job satisfaction; job satisfaction has a significant effect on OCB; organizational justice and organizational culture have a significant effect on OCB both directly and indirectly through job satisfaction and also job satisfaction acts as a partial mediation between the effect of organizational justice and organizational culture on OCB.&#13;
