Abstrak&#13;
Faktor kenyamanan dan ketentraman dalam perjalanan menjadi salah satu faktor &#13;
penyebab beralihnya konsumen ke moda transportasi lain seperti transportasi online.&#13;
Keberadaan transportasi online di Kota Banda Aceh pada tahun 2017 mendapat&#13;
respon positif dari masyarakat. Terbukti dari hasil transaksi ataupun orderan yang&#13;
terjadi dalam satu hari mampu menyentuh lebih kurang 1100 transaksi. Namun,&#13;
mengingat latar belakang pengemudi yang berasal dari berbagai unsur dan bukan&#13;
berasal dari unsur professional maka penting untuk dikaji agar mengetahui sejauh&#13;
mana kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh perusahaan transportasi online kepada&#13;
masyarakat sebagai pengguna di Kota Banda Aceh. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang&#13;
telah disebutkan, maka yang menjadi rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah&#13;
bagaimana gambaran kondisi eksisting kualitas pelayanan transportasi online;&#13;
pendapat masyarakat dan faktor dominan terhadap kualitas pelayanan transportasi&#13;
online di Kota Banda Aceh. Metodologi yang digunakan ialah metode kuantitatif&#13;
dengan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian. Lingkup substansi adalah kualitas&#13;
pelayanan terhadap SERVQUAL (Service Quality). Jumlah sampel hanya diambil&#13;
yang melakukan perjalanan pada koridor Rumah Sakit Zainal Abidin – Darussalam&#13;
sehingga digunakan sebanyak 100 responden dari jumlah populasi 700 pengguna.&#13;
Hasil yang diperoleh berdasarkan analisis Importance Performance Analysis (IPA)&#13;
menunjukkan bahwa kondisi existing kualitas transportasi online yang ada di kota&#13;
Banda Aceh memiliki mutu pelayanan C dengan kinerja unit pelayanan kurang baik &#13;
dimana nilai rata-rata yang didapat sebesar 70,09. Pendapat masyarakat terhadap&#13;
kualitas pelayanan transportasi online berdasarkan analisis berada pada Kuadran 1&#13;
yaitu indikator yang dianggap penting, namun pada kenyataannya faktor-faktor ini&#13;
belum sesuai dengan kenyataan. Adapun faktor yang harus diperbaiki diantaranya:&#13;
komunikasi driver kepada pelanggan harus baik dan sopan, dan adanya partisipasi&#13;
dari driver untuk membantu membawa barang bawaan penumpangnya. Sedangkan&#13;
faktor dominan kepuasan yang mempengaruhi masyarakat menggunakan transportasi&#13;
online adalah keamanan yang terjamin dan waktu yang cepat.&#13;

Abstract &#13;
The comfort and tranquility factor on the trip is one of the factors causing consumers&#13;
to switch to other modes of transportation such as online transportation. The&#13;
existence of online transportation in Banda Aceh City in 2017 received a positive&#13;
response from the public. Evidenced by the results of transactions or orders that occur&#13;
in one day which are able to answer approximately 1100 transactions. However,&#13;
considering the driver's background comes from various factors and not from&#13;
professional matters, it is important to study the extent to which the quality of service&#13;
provided by community online transportation companies as users in Banda Aceh&#13;
City. Based on the problems stemming from the problem, the formulation of this&#13;
study is how to describe the conditions that exist in online transportation services;&#13;
public opinion and the dominant factor on the quality of online transportation services&#13;
in Banda Aceh City. The methodology used is a quantitative method with a&#13;
questionnaire as a research instrument. The scope of the substance is the quality of&#13;
service to SERVQUAL (Service Quality). The number of samples was only taken&#13;
who traveled in the corridor of Zainal Abidin Hospital - Darussalam so that 100&#13;
respondents were used from a population of 700 users. The results obtained based on&#13;
Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) analysis show that the existing conditions of&#13;
online transportation quality in the city of Banda Aceh have C service quality with&#13;
poor service unit performance where the average value obtained is 70,09. Public&#13;
opinion on the quality of online transportation services based on the analysis is in&#13;
Quadrant 1, which is an indicator that is considered important, but in reality these&#13;
factors are not in accordance with reality. The factors that must be improved include:&#13;
communication between drivers and customers must be good and polite, and the&#13;
participation of drivers to help carry passengers' luggage. While the dominant factor&#13;
of satisfaction that affects people using online transportation is guaranteed security&#13;
and fast time.&#13;
