ABSTRAK &#13;
 &#13;
Perkerasan jalan adalah bagian dari jalur lalu lintas yang merupakan penampang&#13;
struktur dalam kedudukan yang paling sentral dalam suatu badan jalan. Keawetan&#13;
campuran aspal menyangkut kemampuannya untuk bertahan terhadap kerusakan&#13;
akibat ketidaksengajaan tumpahan produk minyak bumi khususnya&#13;
 Solar (Bio&#13;
Solar),&#13;
Bensin (Premium),  Oli dan Avtur yang diangkut oleh kendaraan, sehingga&#13;
dapat mengurangi umur rencana dan masa pelayanan jalan. Pada penelitian ini akan&#13;
dibuat suatu cara dengan perendaman variasi produk minyak bumi terhadap Laston&#13;
AC-WC menggunakan 2 (dua) jenis aspal yaitu Aspal Retona Blend 55 dan Aspal&#13;
Penetrasi 60/70 dan jenis limbah yang berbahan polimer seperti Styrofoam yang akan&#13;
disubstitusi pada Aspal penetrasi 60/70. Hal ini bertujuan mengetahui karakteristik&#13;
campuran lapisan (AC-WC) akibat pengaruh penggunaan Aspal Retona Blend 55&#13;
dan substitusi Styrofoam pada Aspal Penetrasi 60/70 terhadap perendaman variasi&#13;
minyak bumi. Tahap penelitian adalah pemeriksaan sifat fisis aspal dan agregat,&#13;
selanjutnya persiapan benda uji dengan variasi kadar aspal untuk penentuan kadar&#13;
aspal optimum Aspal Retona Blend 55 dan Aspal Penetrasi 60/70 dengan substitusi&#13;
Styrofoam (kadar 5%), kemudian dilakukan terhadap perendaman minyak bumi&#13;
dengan durasi 3, 5 dan 7 Menit dengan teknik pencampuran kering (dry process).&#13;
Berdasarkan evaluasi parameter Marshall dengan range nilai KAO diperoleh 6,30%&#13;
dengan menggunakan Aspal retona blend 55. Sedangkan, penggunaan Aspal&#13;
penetrasi 60/70 dengan substitusi Styrofoam 5% didapati 6,05%. Perendaman produk &#13;
minyak bumi menunjukkan bahwa nilai stabilitas menurun dari kondisi normal&#13;
seiring dengan bertambahnya durasi. Produk minyak bumi yang paling&#13;
mempengaruhi penurunan nilai stabilitas adalah avtur yang direndam selama 7 menit &#13;
dengan penurunan sebesar 125,52 kg dengan mengunakan Aspal retona blend&#13;
Sedangkan penggunaan Styrofoam 5% substitusi Aspal Pen 60/70. Nilai stabilitas &#13;
terendah diperoleh pada campuran yang direndam avtur selama 7 menit adalah&#13;
sebesar 721,23 kg. Hasil anova menunjukkan F hitung lebih besar dari pada nilai F&#13;
tabel, Kesimpulannya Ha diterima artinya ada pengaruh yang signifikan campuran. &#13;

ABSTRACT &#13;
A road pavement is part of a traffic which is a cross section of the structure in the&#13;
most central position in a road. The durability of the asphalt mixture concerns its&#13;
ability to damage from accidental spills of oil products in particular&#13;
 Solar (Bio&#13;
Solar),&#13;
Gasoline (Premium), Oil and Avtur which transported by vehicles, there by&#13;
reducing the design life and servicebility of the road. In this research, a method will&#13;
be made oil immersion on performance AC-WC using two type is Asphalt Retona&#13;
Blend 55 and substitution styrofoam 5% on Asphalt Penetration 60/70. The&#13;
objectives of this research are the characteristics of the layer mixture (AC-WC) due&#13;
to the effect of using Asphalt Retona Blend 55 and substitution styrofoam 5% on&#13;
Asphalt Penetration 60/70 with the variations of oil immersion. The first research is&#13;
the physical properties asphalt and aggregate, then the preparation of the test&#13;
specimens with variations in asphalt content for the determination of the optimum&#13;
bitumen content of Asphalt Retona Blend 55 and substitution styrofoam 5% on&#13;
Asphalt Penetration 60/70, then oil immersion with duration 3,5, and 7 minutes with&#13;
a dry process. Based on the evaluation of Marshall parameters with a range of KAO&#13;
values, it was obtained 6.30% using asphalt retona blend 55. Meanwhile, the use&#13;
substitution styrofoam 5% on asphalt penetration 60/70 was found 6.05%. The oil&#13;
Immersion of products indicates that the stability value decreases from normal &#13;
conditions as the duration increases. The petroleum product that most affected the&#13;
decline in the stability value was avtur which 7 minutes with a reduction is 125.52 kg&#13;
using asphalt retona blend. Meanwhile, the use of Styrofoam 5% on Asphalt Pen &#13;
60/70 the lowest stability value in avtur for 7 minutes was 721.23 kg. The Anova&#13;
results show that F count is greater than the F table value. In conclusion, Ha is &#13;
accepted, meaning that there is a significant mixed effect. &#13;
