Abstrak &#13;
Green construction merupakan metode pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi yang menaruh&#13;
perhatian besar pada kelestarian lingkungan. Menurut Koe, dkk (2014) green&#13;
construction pada proyek konstruksi gedung dapat diimplementasikan sebanyak 44&#13;
indikator. Dalam hal ini, meskipun konsep green construction belum dipersyaratkan&#13;
dalam dokumen kontrak, namun berdasarkan pengamatan peneliti, pelaksanaan&#13;
proyek konstruksi gedung di Provinsi Aceh dari 44 indikator green construction,&#13;
sebagian telah diimplementasikan oleh perusahaan kontraktor. Penelitian ini&#13;
bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor green construction dan faktor green&#13;
construction yang dominan diimplementasikan dalam pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi&#13;
gedung di Provinsi Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode kuantitatif&#13;
melalui kuesioner. Jumlah populasi perusahaan kontraktor sebanyak 1.610&#13;
perusahaan, sedangkan jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam analisis faktor&#13;
Principle Component Analysis (PCA) adalah 5 kali dari 44 indikator yang diamati&#13;
yaitu sebanyak 220 perusahaan. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive&#13;
sampling dengan pertimbangan pada perusahaan kontraktor yang telah melaksanakan&#13;
proyek konstruksi bangunan gedung di Provinsi Aceh mulai dari tahun 2010-2019&#13;
dengan sumber dana yang berasal dari Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Aceh (APBA)&#13;
dan Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Kabupaten/Kota (APBK). Teknik analisis data&#13;
digunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, statistik deskriptif, dan analisis faktor PCA&#13;
melalui software Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) versi 26. Hasil&#13;
penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 44 indikator yang diteliti, indikator yang valid&#13;
berjumlah 43 indikator dan setelah dievaluasi dengan menggunakan analisis faktor&#13;
PCA, indikator green contruction yang sudah diterapkan dalam pelaksanaan proyek&#13;
konstruksi gedung di Provinsi Aceh hanya sebanyak 30 indikator yang dapat&#13;
dikelompokkan menjadi 8 faktor yaitu faktor pekerjaan umum dan tanah, pekerjaan&#13;
dinding, pekerjaan pengecoran, pekerjaan persiapan, pekerjaan pembesian, pekerjaan&#13;
finishing, pekerjaan bekisting, dan pekerjaan perancah. Faktor green construction&#13;
yang dominan diimplementasikan dalam pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi gedung di&#13;
Provinsi Aceh adalah faktor pekerjaan umum dan tanah dengan tingkat penerapan&#13;
sebesar 29,100%. &#13;

Abstract &#13;
Green construction is a construction project implementation method that pays great&#13;
attention to environmental sustainability. According to Koe, et al. (2014) green&#13;
construction in building construction projects can be implemented with a total of 44&#13;
indicators. In this case, although the green construction concept has not been&#13;
required in the contract document, based on the observations of researchers, the&#13;
implementation of building construction projects in Aceh Province, of the 44 green&#13;
construction indicators, has been implemented by contractor companies. This study&#13;
aims is to measure and analyse the green construction factors and the dominant green&#13;
construction factors that have been implemented in the building construction projects&#13;
in Aceh Province. This study used a quantitative method approach through a&#13;
questionnaire. The total population of contractor companies was 1,610 companies,&#13;
while the number of samples used in the Principle Component Analysis (PCA) factor&#13;
analysis was 5 times out of 44 observed indicators, namely 220 companies. The&#13;
sampling technique used is purposive sampling with considerations contracting&#13;
companies that have implemented building construction projects in Aceh Province&#13;
from 2010-2019 with funding sources coming from the Aceh Budget (APBA) and&#13;
the Budget Regency/City (APBK). Data analysis techniques was started by a&#13;
validated test, the reliability test, the descriptive statistics, and PCA factor analysis&#13;
using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 26 software. The&#13;
results showed that of the 44 indicators studied, there were 43 valid indicators and&#13;
after being evaluated using PCA factor analysis, only 30 indicators of green&#13;
construction that had been applied in the implementation of building construction&#13;
projects in Aceh Province were grouped into 8 factors, namely factors of public&#13;
works and soil, wall work, casting work, preparatory work, ironwork, finishing work,&#13;
formwork work, and scaffolding work. The dominant green construction factor&#13;
implemented in building construction projects in Aceh Province is the factor of&#13;
public works and land with a application rate of 29.100%.&#13;
