Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk&#13;
dan harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan baik secara langsung maupun secara tidak&#13;
langsung melalui nilai yang dirasakan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan&#13;
yaitu quota sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 90 pengguna iPhone di Kota&#13;
Banda Aceh. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Model&#13;
(SEM). Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa kualitas produk dan harga berpengaruh&#13;
signifikan terhadap nilai yang dirasakan; nilai yang dirasakan berpengaruh signifikan&#13;
terhadap kepuasan pelanggan; kualitas produk dan harga secara langsung tidak&#13;
berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, namun secara tidak langsung&#13;
kualitas produk dan harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan&#13;
melalui nilai yang dirasakan. Dalam penelitian ini nilai yang dirasakan berperan&#13;
sebagai mediasi sempurna antara pengaruh kualitas produk dan harga terhadap&#13;
kepuasan pelanggan.  &#13;

This research aimed to analyze the effect of product quality and price on&#13;
customer satisfaction both directly and indirectly through perceived value. The&#13;
sampling technique used was quota sampling with the size of respondents as many 90&#13;
iPhone Users in the City of Banda Aceh. Data analysis technique used was SEM&#13;
(Structural Equation Model). The results showed that product quality and price have a&#13;
significant effect on perceived value; perceived value has a significant effect on&#13;
customer satisfaction; product quality and price directly not significantly effect&#13;
customer satisfaction, but indirectly product quality and price significantly effect&#13;
customer satisfaction through perceived value. In this research, perceived value acts&#13;
as a perfect mediation between the effect of product quality and price on customer&#13;
satisfaction. &#13;
