ABSTRAK


Perilaku Politik dapat diartikan sebagai proses pembuatan dan pelaksanaanproses politik. Kegiatan ini meliputi antara lembaga-lembaga pemerintah, kelompok-kelompok dan individu-individu di dalam masyarakat dalam rangka pembuatan, pelaksanaan dan penegakan keputusan politik. Pada pemilihan kepala daerah (Pilkada) Aceh Tahun 2017 yang diikuti oleh enam pasangan calon Gubernur dan wakil Gubernur dan di laksanakan di Rutan Kelas II B Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana perilaku warga binaan dalam menentukan pilihannya dan juga melihat alasan warga binaan dalam proses menentukan pilihannya. Adapun dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tiga teori pendekatan dalam melihat prilaku politik, yaitu teori PendekatanSosiologis (Mahzab Columbia), PendekatanPsikologis (Mahzab Michigan) dan PendekatanRasionalsebagai alat analisis menjawab permasalahan penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif sebagai pendekatan penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa perilaku politik warga binaan di Rutan Kelas II B Banda Aceh yaitu pemilih Rasional. Perilakupemilih yang berkembang di dalam Rutan Kelas II B Banda Aceh lebihcenderung pada pilihanpolitikrasional yang pragmatis. Hal ini dikarenakan pilihan politik wargabinaan berdasarkan pertimbangan adanya tawaran remisi, kinerja calon dan sumbangan bagi wargabinaan. Perilaku pemilih yang rasional tersebut lebih cenderung kearah pragmatis. Hal ini untuk memenuhi kebutuhan ekonomi mereka selama di dalam Rutan serta adanya keinginan wargabinaan mendapatkan pengurangan masa tahanan.

ABSTRACT

Political behavior can be defined as the process of creating and implementing a political process. These activities include government agencies, groups and individuals in society in the framework of making, implementing and enforcing political decisions. In the 2017 Aceh regional head electionwhich was attended by six pairs of candidates for governor and deputy governor and was held at Rutan Kelas II B Banda Aceh. This study aims to determine how the assisted residents behave in determining their choices and also to see the reasons for the assisted residents in the process of making their choices. The research uses three theoretical approaches in looking at political behavior, namely the Sociological Approach (Columbia School), the Psychological Approach (Michigan School) and the Rational Approach as an analytical tool to answer research problems. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method as a research approach. The results of this study indicate that the political behavior of the assisted residents in the Rutan Kelas II B Banda Aceh is rational voters. The voter behavior that develops in the Rutan Kelas II B Banda Aceh tends to be pragmatic rational political choices. This is because the political choices of the assisted residents are based on the consideration of the offer of remissions, the performance of the candidates and donations for the assisted residents. The rational voter behavior tends to be pragmatic. This is to meet their economic needs while in detention and the desire of the inmates to get a reduction in prison terms.
