EFIKASI KRIM GETAH JARAK PAGAR (Jatropha curcas L.)TERHADAP JUMLAH LEUKOSIT PADA FASE INFLAMASI PENYEMBUHAN LUKA SAYAT KULIT MENCIT (Mus musculus) ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efikasi pemberian krim getah jarak pagar (Jatropha curcas L.) terhadap jumlah leukosit pada fase inflamasi penyembuhan luka sayat kulit mencit. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode studi literatur atau literature review dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian-penelitian yang telah dilakukan dan diterbitkan dalam jurnal online nasional atau internasional. Referensi yang digunakan adalah semua artikel penelitian dengan seleksi data. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa pemberian krim getah jarak pagar (Jatropha curcas L.) efektif membatasi atau menghambat akumulasi leukosit pada area inflamasi serta dapat memacu pembentukan pembuluh darah baru (angiogenesis) pada fase inflamasi penyembuhan luka sayat kulit mencit. Berdasarkan data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa efikasi krim getah jarak pagar (Jatropha curcas L.) berpengaruh terhadap jumlah leukosit pada fase inflamasi penyembuhan luka sayat kulit mencit. SAP CREAM TO THE NUMBER OF LEUCOCITES IN INFLAMATION PHASE OF WOUND HEALING ON MICE SKIN (Mus musculus) ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the efficacy of giving jatropha cream (Jatropha curcas L.) on the number of leukocytes in the inflammatory phase of wound healing in the mice’s skin. The method used is literature study research with qualitative techniques. The data used in this study comes from the result of studies that have been conducted and published in national or international online journals. References used are all research articles with data selection. The results of data analysis showed that the administration of jatropha cream (Jatropha curcas L.) was effective in limiting or inhibiting the accumulation of leukocytes in the area of inflammation and could stimulate the formation of new blood vessels (angiogenesis) in the inflammatory phase of wound healing of the mice’s skin. Based on these data it can be concluded that the efficacy of jatropha cream (Jatropha curcas L.) affects the number of leukocytes in the inflammatory phase of wound healing of mice's skin.
