Tujuan dilakukannya studi ini adalah untuk menganalisis serta mengukur pengaruh langsung antara skill, self evaluation dan locus of control pada kinerja karyawan dan pengaruh tidak langsung yang terjadi melalui self efficacy.  Teknik sensus yang dipilih sebagai teknik sampling,  dilakukan dengan menyebarkan  193 kuisioner kepada seluruh karyawan PT. Angkasa Pura II Kantor Cabang Bandara Internasional Sultan Iskandar Muda dengan teknik Structural Equation Model (SEM) sebagai teknik penganalisa data. Hasil yang diperoleh dengan teknik analisa data SEM menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang siginifikan antara skill dan self evaluation terhadap self efficacy. Namun pada variabel locus of control, hasil yang diperoleh adalah tidak signifikan. Hasil lainnya yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini ialah bahwa skill, self evaluation dan locus of control memiliki pengaruh yang tidak signifikan pada kinerja karyawan. Selanjutnya, hasil analisa data menunjukan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara self efficacy dan kinerja karyawan. Pada analisa uji mediasi hasil yang diperoleh menunjukan bahwa self efficacy memediasi pengaruh skill terhadap kinerja karyawan secara fully mediating, self efficacy memediasi pengaruh antara self evaluation terhadap kinerja karyawan secara fully mediating, dan self efficacy tidak memediasi hubungan antara locus of control terhadap kinerja karyawan.&#13;

The purpose of this study is to analyze and measure the direct influence between skill, self evaluation and locus of control on employee performance and the indirect effect that occurs through self efficacy. The census technique chosen as a sampling technique was carried out by distributing 193 questionnaires to all employees of PT. Angkasa Pura II Branch Office of Sultan Iskandar Muda International Airport with the Structural Equation Model (SEM) technique as a data analysis technique. The results obtained by using SEM data analysis techniques show that there is a significant effect between skill and self evaluation on self efficacy. However, for the locus of control variable, the results obtained were not significant. Other results obtained in this study are that skill, self evaluation and locus of control have no significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, the results of data analysis show that there is a significant influence between self efficacy and employee performance. In the analysis of the mediation test, the results obtained show that self efficacy mediates the effect of skill on employee performance with fully mediating, self efficacy mediates the effect of self evaluation on employee performance with fully mediating, and self efficacy does not mediate the relationship between locus of control on employee performance. &#13;
