Abstrak&#13;
Ruas Jalan Subulussalam – Lipat Kajang merupakan salah satu jalan Nasional &#13;
Lintas Barat – Selatan Provinsi Aceh menghubungkan Kota Subulussalam dengan&#13;
Kabupaten Aceh Singkil dan menuju Batas Provinsi Sumatera Utara mengalami&#13;
penurunan pada badan jalan pada Km 605+400. Penurunan disebabkan oleh aliran&#13;
air dan rendahnya daya dukung tanah serta berubahnya sifat tanah dasar menjadi&#13;
lunak atau berkurangnya volume akibat proses penyusutan. Oleh sebab itu,&#13;
diperlukan kajian penurunan kontruksi badan jalan dan upaya penanggulangannya&#13;
dengan menggunakan pondasi Cakar Ayam Modifikasi (CAM). Kajian ini&#13;
bertujuan untuk menganalisis penurunan kontruksi badan jalan dengan&#13;
mendapatkan angka penurunan dalam batas-batas toleransi. Analisis yang&#13;
dilakukan untuk mendapatkan penurunan yaitu dengan menggunakan program&#13;
Plaxis 2D. Perhitungan angka penurunan untuk pondasi CAM dilakukan secara&#13;
manual. Ruang lingkup penelitian ini meliputi perhitungan penurunan pada Km&#13;
605+400 yang dilakukan sebelum dan setelah penanganan menggunakan Pondasi&#13;
CAM. Dimensi pondasi tersebut dengan diameter 80 cm, tinggi 120 cm, dan jarak&#13;
antar pondasi 250 cm. Hasil analisis konsolidasi pada kondisi eksisting diperoleh&#13;
penurunan sebesar -5,97 cm dengan jangka waktu dibawah Tv = 6,06 Tahun,&#13;
kondisi penggunaan Sistem Pondasi Cakar Ayam menggunakan Plaxis 2D&#13;
diperoleh penurunan -4,621 cm dengan jangka waktu dibawah Tv = 17,8 Tahun,&#13;
dan kondisi penggunaan Sistem Pondasi Cakar Ayam menggunakan perhitungan&#13;
manual diperoleh penurunan -2,07 cm dengan jangka waktu t&#13;

  2,07 Tahun.&#13;
Setelah penggunan Sistem Pondasi Cakar Ayam Modifikasi di lokasi ini terjadi&#13;
penurunan dengan jangka waktu lebih lama. &#13;

Abstract&#13;
 &#13;
The Subulussalam - Lipat Kajang Road section is one of the National Cross West - South&#13;
roads of Aceh Province which connecting Subulussalam City with Aceh Singkil Regency&#13;
and towards the North Sumatra Provincial Boundary which has decreased on the main&#13;
road at Km 605+400. The settlement is caused by water flow and low soil bearing&#13;
capacity as well as the changes in subgrade properties to softness or reduce volumed due&#13;
to the shrinkage process. Therefore, it is necessary to study the settlement in main road&#13;
construction and its countermeasures using the Cakar Ayam Modified System (CAM)&#13;
foundation. This study aims to analyze the settlement in main road construction by&#13;
obtaining a settlement rate within tolerance limits. The analysis is carried out to get the&#13;
settlement by using the plaxis 2D program. The calculation of the rate of&#13;
settlement rate for the CAM Foundation is done manually. The scope of this research&#13;
includes the calculation of ssettlement at Km 605 + 400, which is carried out before and&#13;
after treatment using a CAM foundation. The dimensions of the foundation are 80 cm in&#13;
diameter, 120 cm high, and 250 cm spacing between the foundations. The results of the&#13;
consolidation analysis on the existing conditions obtained a decrease of -5.97 cm with a&#13;
period of time below Tv = 6.06 years, the conditions for using the Cakar Ayam (CAM)&#13;
Foundation System using Plaxis 2D obtained a decrease of -4.621 cm with a period of&#13;
less than Tv = 17.8 years and the conditions of using the Cakar Ayam (CAM) Foundation&#13;
System with manual calculations obtained a decrease of -2.07 cm with a t = 2.07 years.&#13;
After the use of Cakar Ayam (CAM) Foundation System at this location there was a&#13;
settlement with a longer period of time.&#13;
