The economic development of Agraris country Indonesia was based on Agroindustry. Agroindustry itself was able to give value added to agriculture comodities, for example like make the comodities would be preservative. Soybean is one of food crops which able to processed to become varity of products like soy souce and tauco. Goverment importing soybean to handle the increasing demand in Indonesia, it because productions of soybean local can not to fulfil the demands of industries as basic material. The research objectives here are for counting value added of soybean every products and for knowing how is supply chain in industry of Aneka Guna Langsa. The objects of research are Agent (Merchant capture) and the industrialist (Owner) of Aneka Guna Langsa industry, with using analithic• method of value added and describtive method. And the results are processing activities of soybean to became soysouce and tauco are to giving value added for the owner of industry (industrialist) and the supply chain of Aneka Guna Langsa industry was able to guarantee soybean supply as basic materialn.
