	Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat pengaruah sense of meaningfulness dan sense of trust terhadap kinerja pegawai dan pengaruhnya secara tidak langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai apabila melalui variabel organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB). Sebagai objek dari penelitian ini adalah sense of meaningfulness, sense of trust, organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) dan kinerja pegawai. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai BP2IP Malahayati Banda Aceh yang berjumlah 115 orang. Pengambilan sampel dengan metode sensus, yakni seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel yakni sebanyak  115 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 5 hipotesis direct yang ada keseluruhannya  diterima. Pada pengujian pengaruh tidak langsung Sense Of Meaningfulness terhadap Kinerja Pegawai melalui OCB terlihat nilai two tailed p sobel =  0,001 0,05 maka terbukti pengaruh tidak langsungnya adalah tidak signifikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sense of Meaningfulness memiliki daya magnitude terbesar untuk meingkatkan kinerja pegawai. Oleh sebab itu sudah sewajarnyalah manajemen BP2IP Malahayati memberi atensi khusu pada variabel ini agar perannya dalam meniungkatkan kinerja pegawai BP2IP pada masa yang akan datang menjadi lebih baik. &#13;

The purpose of this study is to look at the influence of sense of meaningfulness and sense of trust on employee performance and its influence indirectly on employee performance through organizational variable citizenship behavior (OCB). As objects of this research are sense of meaningfulness, sense of trust, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and employee performance. The population in this study were all 115 employees of BP2IP Malahayati Banda Aceh. Sampling by census method, ie the entire population was sampled as many as 115 people. The results showed that 5 direct hypotheses in which all of them were accepted. In testing the indirect effect of Sense of Meaningfulness on Employee Performance through OCB, it can be seen that the value of two tailed products = 0.001  0.05 then it is proven that the indirect effect is not significant. Because it is directly significant but through OCB the effect of Sense Of Trust on Employee Performance is not significant, so in this case there is no indirect effect. The results showed that Sense of Meaningfulness had the greatest magnitude to improve employee performance.&#13;
