HUBUNGAN ANTROPOMETRI IBU DENGAN GAMBARAN HISTOLOGI
PLASENTA DI RUANG BERSALIN RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH dr.
ZAINOEL ABIDIN BANDA ACEH TAHUN 2013
ABSTRAK
Metode antropometri merupakan metode penilaian status gizi yang umum dipakai
ditinjau dari sudut pandang gizi dari berbagai ketidakseimbangan antara asupan
protein dan energi. Gangguan ini biasanya terlihat dari pola pertumbuhan fisik dan
proporsi jaringan tubuh seperti lemak, otot, dan air dalam tubuh. Histologi plasenta
adalah gambaran plasenta yang diobservasi meliputi berat plasenta, panjang tali
pusat, dan jumlah kotiledon. Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif korelatif menggunakan
desain cross sectional study. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik accidental
sampling yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan BB, TB, LILA, dan Hb
terhadap gambaran histologi plasenta, dengan sampel ibu pospartum sebanyak 34
orang Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi. Teknik analisis data
menggunakan uji statistik Fisher Exact Test. Hasil penelitian untuk univariat
didapatkan hasil penambahan BB normal (73,5%),TB normal (91,2%), LILA normal
(79,4%), kadar Hb normal (61,8%), histologi plasenta normal (67,6%). Hasil
penelitian bivariat didapatkan ada hubungan antara BB dan gambaran histologi
plasenta (P-value 0,033), LILA (P-value 0,002), Hb (P-value 0,008), dan tidak ada
hubungan TB dan gambaran histologi plasenta (P-value 0,239). Maka dapat
disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan antara BB, LILA, dan kadar Hb dengan gambaran
histologi plasenta di Ruang Bersalin Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Zainoel Abidin
Banda Aceh tahun 2013. Diharapkan kepada seluruh tenaga kesehatan untuk
meningkatkan penyuluhan gizi terutama untuk ibu hamil agar nutrisi selama hamil
dapat terpenuhi dan melahirkan bayi dengan berat normal.

ABSTRACT
Anthropometric assessment method is a method generally used in nutritional status
from the point view of nutrition from a variety imbalance the intake energy and
protein. This disorder is usually seen from the pattern of physical growth and the
proportion of body tissues like fat, muscle, and in the body of water. Placenta
histology was observed description the placenta include placenta weight, umbilical
cord, and the number of cotyledons. This type of research is deskriptif korelatif using
cross sectional study design. Sampling was using technic accidental sampling which
aims to know correlation weight, heigth, upper arm circumference, end rate of
hemoglobin about placenta histology. Sample is women giving birth as many as 34
responden. Collecting data using the observation sheet. Data analysis techniques
using statistical test Fisher Exact Test. Results of research for the univariate
additional got result normal weight (73,5%),normal height (91,2%), normal upper
arm circumference (79,4%), normal rate of hemoglobin (61,8%), placenta histology
(67,6%). Results of research for the bivariate got result there was a correlation the
weight with placenta histology (P-value 0,033), upper arm circumference (P-value
0,002), hemoglobin (P-value 0,008), end no relationship height with Placenta
histology (P-value 0,239). It can be concluded that there was a relationship with
weight, upper arm circumference, end rate of hemoglobin with placenta histology in
Maternity Room Regional General Hospital dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh in 2013.
Is expected that the all of health workers to improve the nutritional education
primarily for pregnant women to nutrition during pregnancy can be met and gave
birth infants with normal weight.
