ABSTRAK Corporate Social Responsibility merupakan salah satu program yang berkelanjutan dalam mensejahterakan seluruh komunitas terutama masyarakat yang berada di sekitar PT PLN (Persero) Area Banda Aceh. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: Untuk mengetahui implementasi CSR serta keterlibatan masyarakat dan dampak yang ditimbulkan setelah di Implementasikan Program CSR PT. PLN (Persero) Area Band Aceh Di Gampong Peulanggahan. Untuk menganalisisnya, peneliti menggunakan Teori Struktural Fungsional AGIL. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu melakukan penelitian langsung pada objek penelitian, melakukan wawancara secara mendalam dengan pihakpihak yang dapat memberikan informasi mengenai penelitian ini, serta mengumpulkan dan menganalisa dokumen atau catatan yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan mengenai pelaporan CSR PT PLN (Persero) Area Banda Aceh tahun 2019. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di PT PLN (Persero) Area Banda Aceh, menunjukkan tingkat keterlibatan masyarakat gampong Peulanggahan dalam program CSR cukup beragam, pada tahap perencanaan hanya melibatkan tokoh aparat gampong sedangkan pada tahap pelaksanaan keterlibatan masyarakat belum sepenuhnya terlibat aktif. Setelah dua bulan peresmian bantuan sumur bor, peneliti dapatkan sumur bor tidak dapat lagi berfungsi dengan baik airnya sering macet tidak dapat lagi mengeluarkan air, bak penampungan air sudah tidak ada sampah berserakan di dalam sumur tampak seperti tidak di urus peneliti menarik kesimpulan terkesan kurang bermafaat bagi masyarakat. Kata Kunci : Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Sumur Bor, PLN ABSTRACT Corporate Social Responsibility is one of the sustainable programs in prospering the entire community, especially those around PT PLN (Persero) Banda Aceh Area. The objectives of this research are: To know the implementation of CSR as well as community involvement and the impact sparked after implementation of PT CSR Program. PLN (Persero) Aceh Band Area in Gampong Peulanggahan. To analyze it, researchers used AGIL Functional Structural Theory. This research is qualitatively descriptive, namely conducting direct research on research objects, conducting in-depth interviews with parties who can provide information about this research, and collecting and analyzing documents or records owned by the company regarding csr reporting of PT PLN (Persero) Banda Aceh Area in 2019. The results of research conducted at PT PLN (Persero) Banda Aceh Area, show the level of community involvement gampong Peulanggahan in csr program is quite diverse, at the planning stage only involves gampong apparatus figures while at the implementation stage of community involvement has not been fully actively involved. After the inauguration of two months of drill well assistance, researchers get the drill well can no longer function properly the water is often jammed can no longer release water, the water reservoir is no longer scattered in the well looks like it is not in the care of researchers draw conclusions that seem less useful to the community.
