ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini berawal dari adanya Pengaruh Partisipasi Masyarakat Dalam
Kinerja Koperasi Utama Kecamatan Gandapura Kabupaten Bireuen. Oleh karena
itu dilakukan penelitian mengenai partisipasi anggota dan kinerja KUD. Secara
keseluruhan partisipasi anggota berpengaruh terhadap kinerja koperasi. Partisipasi
merupakan faktor yang paling penting dalam mendukung keberhasilan atau
perkembangan suatu organisasi, melalui partisipasi segala aspek yang
berhubungan dengan pelaksana kegiatan percapaian tujuan dihasilkan. Berhasil
tidaknya suatu koperasi tergantung pada kinerja pengurus koperasi, kinerja
mempunyai hubungan yang erat dengan masalah produktifitas. Karena merupakan
indikator dalam menentukan bagaimana usaha untuk mencapai tingkat
produktifitas yang tinggi dalam suatu organisasi. Namun dari anggota koperasi
karya utama partisipasinya dalam organisasi masih kurang dan peran anggotanya
dalam meningkatkan usaha masih kurang, begitu juga dengan rapat tahunan
secara langsung dapat menetukan jumlah sisa hasil usaha yang diperoleh koperasi.
Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: (1). Untuk menganalisis manfaat
ekonomi dan manfaat soial yang diperoleh masyarakat anggota koperasi karya
utama serta hubungannya dengan tingkat partisipasi. (2). Menganalisa hubungan
tingkat partisipasi anggota dengan sisa hasil usaha yang diterima anggota koperasi
karya utama gandapura. Untuk menganalisa penelitian ini, Teori yang digunakan
adalah Teori Partisipasi untuk melihat bagaimana partisipasi anggota Koperasi
Karya Utama yang ada di Kecamatan Gandapura Kabupaten Bireuen. Untuk
mencapai penelitian, jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian
kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian koperasi ini memiliki permasalahan
dalam partisipasi anggota dan lingkungan usaha sehingga menghambat
keberhasilan koperasi karya utama andapura. Hasil dari unit usaha simpa pinjam
ini mengalami penurunan dikrenakan masih kurangnya minat dari para anggota
untuk memanfaatkannya.

ABSTRACT
This research begins with the influence of community participation in the
performance of the Main Cooperative, Gandapura District, Bireuen Regency.
Therefore a study was conducted on the participation of members and the
performance of KUD. Overall member participation influences cooperative
performance. Participation is the most important factor in supporting the success
or development of an organization, through the participation of all aspects related
to the implementation of the achievement of the objectives generated. Whether a
cooperative is successful or not depends on the performance of the cooperative's
management, performance has a close relationship with productivity problems.
Because it is an indicator in determining how businesses to achieve high levels of
productivity in an organization. However, from the members of the cooperative,
the main participation in the organization is still lacking and the role of its
members in improving business is still lacking, as well as the annual meeting can
directly determine the remaining amount of business results obtained by the
cooperative. The objectives of this study are: (1). To analyze the economic
benefits and social benefits obtained by members of the cooperative community,
the main works and their relationship with the level of participation. (2).
Analyzing the relationship of the level of participation of members with the
remaining results of operations received by members of the main works of
Gandapura. To analyze this research, the theory used is Participation Theory to
see how the participation of Koperasi Karya Utama members in Gandapura
District, Bireuen Regency. To achieve research, this type of research uses
quantitative research methods. Based on the results of this cooperative research
has problems in the participation of members and the business environment so as
to hamper the success of the main andapura cooperative work. The yield from the
savings and loan business unit has decreased due to lack of interest from members
to use it.
