GAMBARAN PENERAPAN STRATEGI PELAKSANAAN HALUSINASI DI BADAN LAYANAN UMUM DAERAH (BLUD) RUMAH SAKIT JIWA (RSJ) ACEH TAHUN 2014 ABSTRAK Kemampuan mengontrol halusinasi merupakan kapasitas individu untuk mengendalikan diri ketika muncul halusinasi sehingga dapat menghindari bahaya yang mungkin muncul seperti mencederai diri sendiri, orang lain dan lingkungan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran kemampuan pasien mengontrol halusinasi di Badan Layanan Umum Daerah (BLUD) Rumah Sakit Jiwa (RSJ) Aceh Tahun 2014. Desain penelitian bersifat deskriptif eksploratif. Teknik pengambilan sampel perposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 33 orang. Penelitian ini dilakukan di BLUD RSJ Aceh pada tanggal 3-12 Juli 2014. Alat pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner yang terdiri dari 14 item pernyataan berbentuk skala likert dan format observasi yang terdiri dari 7 pernyataan berbentuk likotomus choise. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara terpimpin dan observasi. Data dianalisa dengan sistem komputerisasi dengan menentukan distribusi frekuensi. Hasil analisa data didapat bahwa kemampuan pasien mengontrol halusinasi berada pada kategori baik (57,6%) yaitu kemampuan mengontrol halusinasi di tinjau dari aspek menghardik halusinasi berada pada kategori baik (57,6%), bercakap-cakap dengan orang lain berada pada kategori baik (51,5%), melakukan aktivitas terjadwal berada pada kategori baik (57,6%) dan minum obat dengan teratur berada pada kategori baik (51,5%). Rekomendasi ditujukan kepada petugas RSJ diharapkan dapat melakukan supervisi secara berkala setelah strategi pelaksanaan halusinasi diterapkan agar strategi pelaksanaan yang telah diperoleh dapat dipertahankan dan ditingkatkan. The purpose of this study is to describe the patient's ability to control hallucinations in Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD) of Aceh Mental Hospital in 2014. This study used descriptive exploratory research design. Purposive sampling technique was used to determine samples on the basis of certain considerations made by the writer, based on the characteristics or properties of populations that have been previously known with thirty-three samples. This research is done in BLUD RSJ Aceh on 3-12 July 2014. Data collection tool was a questionnaire consisting of 14 statement items in the form of likert scale and observation form consisting 7 statement items in form licotomous choise. Data were collected through guided interviews and observation. Data were analyzed by a computerized system to determine the frequency distribution. The results of the data analysis showed that patients' ability to control hallucinations was in good category (57.6%). The ability to control hallucinations in the review of aspects of rebuking hallucinations was in good category (57.6%), conversing with other people were in good category (51.5%), conducting activities scheduled was in good category (57.6%) and taking medication regularly was in good category (51.5%). Recommendendation addressed to the asylum officer is expected to perform supervision on a regular basis after the implementation of the strategy applied to hallucinations implementation trategies that have been obtained can be maintained and improved even more.
