ABSTRACT The tourism area of the Celosia Beurawe Flower Garden in Banda Aceh as a medium for the preservation of flowering plants and this is a form of conservation. In the Celosia Beurawe Flower Garden, there are European flower plants that make visitors interested especially for tours and selfies. The normal circulation of this flower is around six months for one period. The visitors will see a fascinating scene that always looks different because of the periodic flower replacement system. The results of the analysis of the Celosia Flower Garden business in terms of technical aspects, it can be said that this flower is very feasible to be cultivated. It is because of the strategic location choice, productive land conditions, climate and bulk that are very supportive to make this plant grows well. The results of the Business Feasibility of the Celosia Beurawe Flower Garden in Banda Aceh in economic aspect using the R / C analysis method, showed that the Total Revenue per period (TR) is Rp. 68,750,000 divided by Total Cost per period (TC) of Rp. 45,972,000 and R / C note that R / C = 1.5 which is means that the Beurawe Celosia flower garden business in Banda Aceh is worth continuing. The results of the business feasibility analysis in terms of marketing based on P4 (Product, Price, Place, Promotion), showed that Total Product Sales and Total Visitors/ one-time visit is 5,350 at a price of Rp. 20,000 / pack and the price for admission Rp. 10,000 / Visit and marketed directly in the location. Promotional activities of Beurawe Celosia Flower Garde are through Social, Print and Public Media.
