	Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap keterikatan pegawai, kepemimpinan transaksional  terhadap keterikatan pegawai, kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap OCB, kepemimpinan transaksional  terhadap OCB, keterikatan pegawai terhadap OCB, kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepemimpinan transaksional  melalui keterikatan pegawai terhadap OCB, kepemimpinan transaksional  melalui keterikatan pegawai terhadap OCB dam kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepemimpinan transaksional  terhadap keterikatan pegawai serta kepemimpinan transformasional, kepemimpinan transaksional  dan keterikatan pegawai terhadap OCB pada Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga Provinsi Aceh. Objek penelitian ini adalah kepemimpinan transformasional, kepemimpinan transaksional  dan keterikatan pegawai dan OCB. Peralatan analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu uji deskriptif yaitu untuk menguji model statistik deskriptif berdasarkan nilai rerata dan uji verfikatif dengan menggunakan peralatan analisis data structural equation modelling (SEM) dengan bantuan program AMOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap keterikatan pegawai pegawai, terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan transaksional terhadap keterikatan pegawai pegawai, terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap OCB, terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan transaksional terhadap OCB pegawai, terdapat pengaruh keterikatan pegawai terhadap OCB pegawai, kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh terhadap OCB pegawai melalui keterikatan pegawai pegawai, Kepemimpinan transaksional berpengaruh terhadap OCB pegawai melalui keterikatan pegawai pegawai.&#13;

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership on employee engagement, transactional leadership on employee engagement, transformational leadership on OCB, transactional leadership on OCB, employee engagement on OCB, transformational leadership and transactional leadership through employee engagement on OCB, transactional leadership on employee engagement to OCB and transformational leadership and transactional leadership to employee engagement as well as transformational leadership, transactional leadership and employee engagement to OCB at the Aceh Provincial Youth and Sports Office. The object of this research is transformational leadership, transactional leadership and employee engagement and OCB. Data analysis tools used in this study are descriptive tests, namely to test descriptive statistical models based on mean values and verficative tests using structural equation modeling (SEM) data analysis tools with the help of the AMOS program. The results showed that there was an influence of transformational leadership on employee engagement, there was an influence of transactional leadership on employee engagement, there was an influence on transformational leadership on OCB, there was an influence on transactional leadership on employee OCB, there was an influence on employee engagement on employee OCB, transformational leadership influenced on OCB employee engagement through employee engagement, Transactional leadership influences employee OCB through employee engagement.&#13;
