Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Guru telah membuat Soal-soal Ujian Semester tersebut telah memenuhi Kriteria Soal HOTS. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif analisis dokumen. Objek pada penelitian ini adalah soal ujian semester ganjil Fisika SMA tahun 2019/2020. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kualitatif bersifat dokumentasi. Soal ujian semester ganjil dianalisis berdasarkan taksonomi bloom revisi dan dikelompokkan dengan berdasarkan High Order Thinking Skills (HOTS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa soal Ujian Semester Ganjil Fisika kelas XII tahun 2019/2020 yang tergolong High Order Thinking Skill (HOTS) yang dibuat oleh guru di kabupaten Aceh Tengah telah memenuhi kriteria soal HOTS. Abstract This study aims to determine whether the teacher has made the Semester Exam questions that have met the HOTS Question Criteria. This type of research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach to document analysis. The object of this research is the 2019/2020 high school physics odd semester exam questions. Data collection techniques using qualitative methods are documentation. Odd semester exam questions were analyzed based on the revised bloom taxonomy and grouped according to High Order Thinking Skills (HOTS). The results showed that the XII grade Physics Odd Semester Exam questions in 2019/2020 which were classified as High Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) made by teachers in Central Aceh district had met the HOTS question criteria.
