ABSTRACT Abstract of Final Paper Submitted of The Examination Committee in Partial Fulfillment of The Requirements for The Degree of Master of Management on Graduated Program of Syiah Kuala University THE EFFECT OF SELF EFFICACY COMPUTER, PERCEIVE EASE OF USE AND PERCEIVED USEFULNESS ON EMPLOYEES PERFORMANCE OF LAND OFFICE OF BANDA BANDA ACEH, SABANG AND GREAT ACEH WITH ATTITUDE TO USE OF TECHNOLOGY AS A VARIABLE OF MEDIATION By: ANNY SETIAWATI SN: 1609200020044 Concentration : General Management Supervisor : Dr. Said Musnadi, SE, M.Si Co-Supervisor : Dr. Syafruddin Chan, SE, MBA The purpose of this study is to look at the influence of Computer self-efficacy, Perceive Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, attitudes towards the use of technology and their impact simultaneously on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees of the Banda Aceh City Land Office, Sabang Land Office, and Aceh Besar Land Office, totaling 155 people. Sampling by census method, ie the entire population was sampled as many as 155 people. The results showed that of the 7 direct hypotheses that there were 5 accepted and 2 hypotheses that were not significant, namely testing the influence of Computer self efficacy and Perceive Ease of Use did not affect employee performance either directly or through attitude variables on the use of technology that functioned as mediating variables because has CR and P values that do not meet the requirements. From the results of testing this hypothesis it is proven that Perceive Usefulness has the largest beta coefficient which can be described as the biggest trigger in encouraging improved employee performance. Therefore, if employee performance becomes a major concern to be improved, it must be done through improved employee Perceive Usefulness, so that it can trigger to improve performance at the Banda Aceh City Land Agency Office, Sabang Land Office, and Aceh Besar Land Office. Sebagai objek dari penelitian ini adalah Computer self efficacy, Perceive Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, sikap terhadap penggunaan teknologi serta kinerja pegawai. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Kantor Pertanahan Kota Banda Aceh, Kota Sabang, dan Kabupaten Aceh Besar yang berjumlah 155 orang. Pengambilan sampel dengan metode sensus, yakni seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel yakni sebanyak 155 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 7 hipotesis direct yang ada 5 diterima dan 2 hipotesis yang tidak significant yaitu pengujian pengaruh Computer self efficacy dan Perceive Ease of Use tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan baik secara langsung maupun melalui variabel sikap atas penggunaan teknologi yang berfungsi sebagai mediating variabel karena memiliki nilai CR dan P yang tidak memenuhi syarat. Dari hasil pengujian hipotesis ini terbukti Perceive Usefulness memiliki angka koefisien beta terbesar yang dapat digambarkan sebagai pemicu terbesar dalam mendorong peningkatan kinerja pegawai yang semakin baik. Oleh sebab itu bila kinerja pegawai menjadi concern utama untuk ditingkatkan, maka harus dilakukan melalui peningkatan Perceive Usefulness pegawai yang yang lebih baik, sehingga dapat memicu untuk meningkatkan kinerja pada Kantor Pertanahan Kota Banda Aceh, Kota Sabang, dan Kabupaten Aceh Besar ini.
