The absence of supervision and surveillance in most office in Aceb becomes a problem because unauthorized people can walk in and out freely. These unauthorized people may steal the office's inventories and cause discomfort among the staff. Therefore, to keep the comfort of people who work in the office and to maintain the security of data and office's inventories, a security system is needed to provide limitation for certain office spaces by opening the door using an access card. These rooms can only be accessible to certain people that have valid JD cards. In these paper, a system that can open and close the door automatically is designed using RFID and PIR as the sensor and microcontroller Arduino as the control system. IDE Arduino which is installed in a computer validates the ID card, then only certain people with authorized identities is granted privillege to enter the office's room.
