ABSTRAK Judul : Pengaruh Belanja Kesehatan Dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Terhadap Penduduk Lanjut Usia Di Indonesia Penulis : Febriyana Aderni NIM : 1601101010033 Fakultas/Jurusan : Ekonomi dan Bisnis/Ekonomi Pembangunan Pembimbing : Ikhsan, S.E,. M.A. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh belanja kesehatan dan pertumbuhan ekonomi terhadap penduduk lanjut usia di Indonesia tahun 1988-2018. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan ialah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dan inferensial dengan metode Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder, yang terdiri dari data penduduk lanjut usia. Data tersebut didapatkan dari World Bank, lalu data belanja kesehatan selama periode pengamatan yang dipublikasikan oleh Kementerian Keuangan Republik Indonesia dan data pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia yang didapatkan dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). Pengujian hipotesis digunakan dengan melakukan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa belanja kesehatan dan pertumbuhan ekonomi secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penduduk lanjut usia di Indonesia. Namun secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa belanja kesehatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penduduk lanjut usia serta pertumbuhan ekonomi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penduduk lanjut usia Kata kunci: Belanja Kesehatan, Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, Penduduk Lanjut Usia. ABSTRACT Title : The Effects of Health Care Spending and Economic Growth on Elderly Population in Indonesia Author : Febriyana Aderni NIM : 1601101010033 Faculty/Department : Economics and Bussines/ Development Economics Supervisor : Ikhsan, S.E., M.A This study aims at the effect of health spending and economic growth on the elderly population in Indonesia in 1988-2018. This type of research is quantitative and inferential descriptive research with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method. The data used are secondary data, which consists of elderly population data. The data was obtained from the World Bank, then health expenditure data during the observation period published by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia and data on Indonesia's economic growth obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). Hypothesis testing is used by performing multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that health spending and economic growth simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the elderly population in Indonesia. But partially shows that health spending has a positive and significant effect on the elderly population, while economic growth has a positive and significant effect on the elderly population.
