Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh Beban Kerja  terhadap&#13;
Cyberloafing dan Perilaku Kerja Kontraproduktif dengan Kebosanan Kerja sebagai&#13;
variabel mediasi  pada Staf Universitas Syiah Kuala. Sampel yang digunakan dalam&#13;
penelitian ini adalah Staf Universitas Syiah Kuala yang berjumlah 302 responden.&#13;
Peralatan pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian  ini  adalah  kuesioner. &#13;
Teknik  pengambilan  sampel  yang  digunakan adalah metode stratified random&#13;
sampling. Causal Step digunakan sebagai metode analisis untuk mengetahui&#13;
pengaruh dari semua variabel-variabel yang terlibat. Berdasarkan hasil analisis&#13;
Causal Step, mengindikasikan bahwa Beban Kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap&#13;
Cyberloafing, Beban Kerja  berpengaruh positif terhadap Perilaku Kerja&#13;
Kontraproduktif, Beban Kerja berpengaruh Negatif terhadap Kebosanan Kerja,&#13;
Kebosanan Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Cyberloafing, Kebosanan Kerja &#13;
berpengaruh negatif terhadap Perilaku Kerja Kontraproduktif, Kebosanan Kerja &#13;
memediasi secara parsial hubungan Beban Kerja terhadap Cyberloafing, dan&#13;
Kebosanan Kerja memediasi secara parsial hubungan Beban Kerja terhadap Perilaku&#13;
Kerja Kontraproduktif. &#13;

ABSTRACT&#13;

This study aims to measure the effect of Workload to Cyberloafing and&#13;
Counterproductive Work Behavior with boredom as a mediating variable in the&#13;
Syiah Kuala University Staf. The sample used in this study were employees of&#13;
Syiah Kuala University Staff is totaling 302 respondents. Data collection equipment&#13;
used in this study was a questionnaire. The sampling technique used is stratified&#13;
random sampling method. Causal Step was used as a method of analysis to&#13;
determine the effect of all the variables involved. Based on the results of the Causal&#13;
Step analysis indicated that Workload negatively  influence to Cyberloafing,&#13;
Workload positively  influence Counterproductive Work Behavior, workload&#13;
negatively influence to Boredom, Boredom   positively  influence to Cyberloafing,&#13;
Boredom negatively Influence to Counterproductive Work Behavior, Boredom and&#13;
partial mediate the relationship between Workload  and Cyberloafing, Boredom and &#13;
partial mediate the relationship between Workload  and Counterproductive Work &#13;
Behavior.&#13;
