ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh Beban Kerja terhadap Cyberloafing dan Perilaku Kerja Kontraproduktif dengan Kebosanan Kerja sebagai variabel mediasi pada Staf Universitas Syiah Kuala. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Staf Universitas Syiah Kuala yang berjumlah 302 responden. Peralatan pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode stratified random sampling. Causal Step digunakan sebagai metode analisis untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari semua variabel-variabel yang terlibat. Berdasarkan hasil analisis Causal Step, mengindikasikan bahwa Beban Kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap Cyberloafing, Beban Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Perilaku Kerja Kontraproduktif, Beban Kerja berpengaruh Negatif terhadap Kebosanan Kerja, Kebosanan Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Cyberloafing, Kebosanan Kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap Perilaku Kerja Kontraproduktif, Kebosanan Kerja memediasi secara parsial hubungan Beban Kerja terhadap Cyberloafing, dan Kebosanan Kerja memediasi secara parsial hubungan Beban Kerja terhadap Perilaku Kerja Kontraproduktif. Kata Kunci: Beban Kerja, Perilaku Kerja Kontraproduktif, Cyberloafing, Kebosanan Kerja, Causal Step ABSTRACT This study aims to measure the effect of Workload to Cyberloafing and Counterproductive Work Behavior with boredom as a mediating variable in the Syiah Kuala University Staf. The sample used in this study were employees of Syiah Kuala University Staff is totaling 302 respondents. Data collection equipment used in this study was a questionnaire. The sampling technique used is stratified random sampling method. Causal Step was used as a method of analysis to determine the effect of all the variables involved. Based on the results of the Causal Step analysis indicated that Workload negatively influence to Cyberloafing, Workload positively influence Counterproductive Work Behavior, workload negatively influence to Boredom, Boredom positively influence to Cyberloafing, Boredom negatively Influence to Counterproductive Work Behavior, Boredom and partial mediate the relationship between Workload and Cyberloafing, Boredom and partial mediate the relationship between Workload and Counterproductive Work Behavior.
