Penelitian yang dilakukan ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh knowledge sharing dan knowledge management pada kinerja pegawai Stain Gajah Putih Aceh Tengah yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja, Aceh Barat. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pegawai Stain Gajah Putih Aceh Tengah, yang berlokasi di Gampong Sumber Batu, Kecamatan Meureubo, Kabupaten Aceh Barat sejumlah 122 orang. Model penelitian di analisis menggunakan Struktural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian pada Stain Gajah Putih Aceh Tengah membuktikan Knowledge sharing, knowledge management, kepuasan kerja, dan kinerja  pegawai STAIN sudah berjalan dengan baik, Terdapat pengaruh knowledge sharing pada kinerja pegawai, Terdapat pengaruh knowledge management pada kinerja pegawai, Terdapat pengaruh knowledge sharing pada kepuasan kerja, Terdapat pengaruh knowledge management pada kepuasan kerja, Kemudian terdapat pengaruh  kepuasan kerja  pada  kinerja  pegawai, Terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung knowledge sharing pada kinerja pegawai, Terdapat  pengaruh  tidak  langsung  knowledge management pada kinerja  pegawai. Temuan ini berkontribusi secara akademis terutama untuk pembaharuan teori kausalitas dan bisa menjadi referensi bagi pimpinan praktis terutama yang ada pada Stain Gajah Putih Aceh Tengah. Kebaharuan penelitian ini terletak pada kombinasi model penelitian kausalitas sebelumnya, dengan objek yang baru. Batasan penelitian ada pada jumlah variable yang diteliti dan sekup penelitian.&#13;

This research is to examine the effect of knowledge sharing and knowledge management on the performance of Central Aceh STAIN Gajah Putih employees mediated by job satisfaction, Aceh Barat. The population of this study is the employees of the Central Aceh STAIN Gajah Putih, which is located in Gampong Sumber Batu, Meureubo District, West Aceh Regency with a total of 122 people. The research model is analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of research on the Central Aceh STAIN Gajah Putih prove Knowledge sharing, knowledge management, job satisfaction, and STAIN employee performance are going well, There is the influence of knowledge sharing on employee performance, There is the influence of knowledge management on employee performance, There is the influence of knowledge sharing on job satisfaction , There is the influence of knowledge management on job satisfaction, Then there is the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, There is an indirect effect of knowledge sharing on employee performance, There is an indirect effect of knowledge management on employee performance. These findings contribute academically, especially to the renewal of the theory of causality and can be a reference for practical leaders, especially those in the Central Aceh STAIN Gajah Putih. The novelty of this research lies in the combination of previous causality research models, with new objects. The knowledge variables are the focus of discussion about their effects on other variables. The limitation of the study is on the number of variables studied and the research scope.&#13;
